2 Bedroom Condo, with Pool, and Beach & Lagoon Access

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to this condo on South Marina Road – I mean, vacation rentals can be hit or miss, you know? But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of space and light that just makes you exhale. The two bedrooms are genuinely comfortable (not those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture), and the whole setup feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental property.

What really sells this place though is the location within El Gouna – and I’m not just talking about the usual “convenient location” nonsense. You’re literally steps from both the lagoon and the Red Sea, which sounds almost too good to be true until you’re actually doing it. The pool area is where I spent most of my mornings with coffee, watching the kiteboarders getting ready for their day on the lagoon. There’s something pretty magical about having your breakfast while listening to the gentle lapping of water on both sides. The beach access is the real deal too – no crowded hotel strips or having to claim chairs at dawn. You just walk out and you’re there. Well, the Red Sea side can get a bit breezy in the afternoons, but that’s actually perfect if you’re coming during the warmer months.

The whole El Gouna vibe is pretty unique for Egypt – it’s got this planned community feel that somehow doesn’t feel artificial. You can walk to the marina area for dinner (there’s this great seafood place about five minutes away that the locals actually go to), or just grab supplies from the nearby shops without needing a car. Parking isn’t an issue if you do rent one, which is honestly a relief because I’ve stayed places where that becomes a daily headache. The 9.6 rating makes total sense when you’re actually staying here – it’s one of those places where the little things work properly. The air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, the WiFi actually reaches the bedrooms, and the kitchen has real cooking equipment if you want to make your own meals with those gorgeous Red Sea fish from the local market. I’d definitely come back, and I’m pretty picky about these things.

  First of all Ms.Tea was a great host and made our stay easy and smooth as much as possible , helped us alot with every detail in the appartment and how to move in the area.The appartment is fully equipped with everything you need and working perfectly. The appartment location is outstanding and 10 mins from the Marina or Downtown.

  We stayed at TEA’s place for a week and the place perfectly equipped and maintained it just feels like home. TEA, hospitality is extraordinarily, she even brought us her own espresso machine :). The location is really central, 5 mins walking from multiple beaches We are definitely coming back to this place whenever we are in El Gouna.
