You know what struck me first about this place? The fact that it’s right at El Gouna’s entrance but somehow feels completely removed from all the tourist chaos. I mean, when you’re standing on that balcony looking out at the lagoon, you’d never guess the main road is just behind you – the way the building’s positioned, it’s like they planned it perfectly to block out everything except the water views.

The apartment itself is honestly bigger than I expected from the photos. Two proper bedrooms (not those tiny hotel rooms where you’re bumping into the walls), and the kitchen actually has counter space where you can spread out if you’re planning to cook. The pool area downstairs gets really nice light in the mornings – I’d usually grab coffee and sit there before it got too hot, watching the ibis birds doing their thing around the lagoon edge. The water views change throughout the day too, which sounds cheesy but it’s true – mornings are all soft and misty, then by afternoon you get these incredible blue-green colors that look almost fake.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. El Gouna can be pretty lively (especially when the wind picks up and you hear music drifting from the marina), but this spot is tucked away enough that you actually sleep well. The locals who manage the building are genuinely helpful – not in that overly rehearsed way, but like they actually want to make sure you’re sorted. They know which grocery store has the best produce, when the water taxi runs to the island, that kind of insider stuff that makes a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. Parking’s never an issue either, which honestly surprised me given how packed some parts of El Gouna get during peak season. The whole setup just works – you’re close enough to walk to restaurants and the marina when you want company, but far enough that you can have lazy mornings by the pool without feeling like you’re missing out on something.

  I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything about it was just perfect, the cleanliness was exceptional, the location was spot-on, and the facilities were more than I could’ve asked for. The surroundings were vibrant and enjoyable, making it easy to relax or head out for a quick walk.
  One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool, which added so much to the overall experience. On top of that, the owner was extremely welcoming and supportive throughout the stay, making sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.
