So here’s the thing about 2bedrooms apartment 53 – it’s not your typical hotel experience, and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it work. You’re basically staying in someone’s actual apartment in one of those residential buildings along Sheraton Road, which means you get a real taste of how locals live in Hurghada. The location is pretty clever actually – you’re close enough to the tourist strip that you can walk to the marina area, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the constant noise and chaos of the main hotels.

The apartment itself is, well, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a solid 3-star place that’s clearly been set up for travelers who want space to spread out. Two proper bedrooms, which is honestly refreshing when you’re used to cramped hotel rooms where you can barely open your suitcase. The kitchen is functional – I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but you can actually cook a meal if you want to hit up the local market (there’s one right in the neighborhood, hence the “Gamla Market” reference in the address). What I really appreciated was having a living room where you could just… exist, you know? Sit around in the evening without being confined to a bed.

The area around Al-Arousa Square is one of those spots where you get a mix of everything – there’s the Evel Hotel right next door if you need any hotel services, but you’re also surrounded by local shops and cafes where prices are actually reasonable. The street can get a bit busy during the day, but it quiets down nicely in the evenings. Parking isn’t terrible if you’re renting a car, though like everywhere in Hurghada, it’s sort of a free-for-all situation. The 8.5 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury by any stretch, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. Check-in was straightforward, the place was clean, and the AC worked properly (which, let’s be honest, is half the battle in Egyptian summers). You’re getting good value here, especially if you’re traveling with family or planning to stay more than just a few nights and want to feel somewhat settled rather than just passing through.

  Το διαμερισμα ειναι διπλα σε τεραστια αλυσιδα σουπερμαρκετ, ειναι διπλα στο κεντρικο δρομο που εχει πολλα μαγαζια και πολλα φαγαδικα, ειναι διπλα στη μαρινα που εχει και εκει ομορφη περατσαδα και πολλα μαγαζια και φαγαδικα, εχει aircodition σε ολα τα δωματια, ο ιδιοκτητης ηταν αρκετα εξυπηρετικος σε ότι του ζητησαμε.
  
  What could be improved: Το διαμερισμα ειναι λιγο απομονωμενο, αυτο ειναι καλο γιατι υπαρχει ησυχια, αλλα οταν βγεις εξω ξημερωματα να περιμενεις το βανακι να ερθει να σε παρει για τις ξεναγισεις( η παραλαβη τουριστων ξεκιναει αυστηρα 1:00a.m.- 4:00a.m.) ειναι αρκετα επιφοβα αλλα υπαρχουν σκυλακια ελευθερα εκει γυρω που σε προστατευουν (εγινε σε εμας) και ειναι πολυ φιλικα απεναντι σου. Τελος το διαμερισμα το μονο μειωνεκτημα που εχει ειναι οτι το νερο της ντουζιερας δεν εχει καθολου πιεση, ουτε ελαχιστη, οποτε αντι να κανεις μπανιο 10-20λεπτα το κανεις σε 40λεπτα, και αυτο ειναι προβλημα πιο πολυ στις κοπελες γιατι χρειαζεται ωρα για να βραχει ολο το μαλλι, και επισης το μπανιο δεν ειχε καδο σκουπιδιων. Αλλα αυτα φτιαχνονται, σε ολη τη διαμονη μας δεν ηταν τοσο προβλημα κανενα απο τα δυο.

  Merkezi mükemmel güvenli çok iyi. Alt kapıyı da anahtarla açıyorsunuz. Çok güvenli. Sahil güzel ev sahibi çok ilgili .Marina bölgesi yürüyerek 5 dakika . Oldukça temizdi.HUrgada ya gittiğinizde mutlaka burada kalmalısınız
