You know what caught me off guard about this villa? It’s actually tucked right at the Club Entrance area, which means you’re sort of in the thick of things without being overwhelmed by the resort crowds. I mean, El Gouna can get pretty buzzy during peak season, but this spot gives you that sweet balance where you can walk to the main action but still have your own private bubble.

The three bedrooms work brilliantly for families – honestly, it’s one of those places where the kids can spread out and parents can actually relax. The lagoon access is the real winner here though. You step out and there’s this calm water that’s perfect for younger kids who might find the Red Sea a bit intimidating at first. The private pool is smaller than you’d expect from the photos (they always are, right?), but it gets gorgeous afternoon sun and stays warm well into the evening. I loved how you could float there with a drink while watching the lagoon activity – there’s usually some kitesurfing going on, and the wind patterns in this part of El Gouna are pretty consistent.

What I really appreciated was how the villa feels authentically Egyptian rather than trying too hard to be international. The tiles stay cool underfoot even when it’s blazing outside, and there’s actually decent air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to hit the local market – and you should, because the produce in El Gouna is surprisingly good. Parking isn’t an issue here, which is honestly a relief because some parts of the resort can be a nightmare during busy periods. The 7.8 rating feels about right – it’s not luxury level, but it’s solid and comfortable with character. The only minor thing is that being near the club entrance means you’ll hear some activity in the evenings, but it dies down by 11 PM or so. For families wanting space, lagoon access, and that El Gouna vibe without resort prices, this place delivers exactly what it promises.

  Świetny dom, piękny basen, wyposażenie niestety bardzo proste, brakowało wielu rzeczy zwłaszcza w kuchni, ale poza tym świetna opcja dla ekipy znajomych albo dla większej rodziny.
  
  What could be improved: Lokalizacja nas blokingu pokazywała bliskość centrum około kilometra, a w rzeczywistości to było 2,5 km i bardzo nam sio przeszkadzało, bo chcieliśmy chodzić na spacer, a taka odległość z dziećmi była za duża

  – Schiebetür im EG konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden (Schloss war defekt)
  – Aussenlicht funktionierte nicht ( keine Lampen montiert)

  Das Haus war sehr ungepflegt aussen sowie innen. Der extrem hohe Preis (CHF 2700 / Woche) ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertig und eine absolute frechheit. Die vielen Mängel konnten bis zur Abreise nicht behoben werden.
