Honestly, when I first pulled up to this little chalet tucked away in Lale Land, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The address on طريق القرى الارضى doesn’t exactly scream “tourist hotspot,” but that’s actually what makes this place kind of special. You’re still technically in Hurghada, but it feels like you’ve stumbled into this quiet pocket where locals go about their daily business without the usual resort circus.

The two-room setup is pretty straightforward – nothing fancy, but everything you actually need is there. What struck me most was how the place sits right in this interesting spot where you can walk to the Ecopark (which, by the way, is way more peaceful in the early morning before the day-trippers arrive), but you’re also close enough to the main strip that getting a decent meal or hitting the markets doesn’t require a major expedition. The village itself has this laid-back vibe that I mean, you either love or you don’t – there’s no pretense here, just Egyptian hospitality without the tourist markup on everything.

You know what surprised me? The nights are actually quiet here. I was expecting the usual hotel corridor noise or street traffic keeping me up, but the location buffers you from most of that. Sure, you’ll hear the call to prayer from the nearby mosque, but honestly, after a day or two it becomes part of the rhythm of the place. The chalet’s got that lived-in feel – not Instagram-perfect, but comfortable in a way that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that lengthy resort presentation about timeshares or excursion packages.

The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s not luxury by any stretch, but it’s solid and well-maintained. I’d say the 7.5 rating reflects what you get: good value, decent location, no major complaints but nothing that’ll blow your mind either. What really works here is the access to both worlds – you can walk to local spots where you’re paying Egyptian prices for tea and fresh bread, but you’re also close enough to the tourist infrastructure when you want air conditioning and familiar food. The Ecopark connection is genuinely nice if you’re into morning walks or evening strolls, especially during the cooler months when the heat isn’t trying to murder you by 10 AM.

  He is helpful. Came when we have just check in and the place was not clean, he came and did quite good cleaning by himself. This place is for resident , not belong to the resort, but you can use beach and swimming pool. We paid about 2500 Egyptian pound coz promotions. Quite cheap compare to the normal price here. So we just want it to be clean .
  You have no basic thing like towels, shampoo . So prepare for that .
  When we msg him ti ask some information aabout museum he tried to look for it to us. All good, just cleaning was not good yet when we arrived but the owner came and did it.
  I hope the owner took more care about this place .. it will become great and price is very well budget when you travel with family
  Restaurant in this area not good , you should walk out and try star fish restaurant outside . Thank you for coming to us when we have just check in. Hope you will get more customer and you will have more invest for this good place . Good luck
  
  What could be improved: I think he should do cleaning before we come. That would be great . Give us more trash bin in toilet and let us know about what we won’t have as a normal hotel . The rest he is very friendly, we stayed just 2 days and he come over 2 times to ask if everything is ok

  The Appartment is inside the hotel Mirage bay, just 1 min from the general walk to the see inside Mirage bay hotel.
  
  Advice for rentals : you must have your own towels. For the beach and for shower. Shampoo and everything cause it's not the hotel but apartment. Staff for cleaning dishes if you will eat at home.
  Apartment having kitchen, good beds and pillows.
  The Appartment is beautiful, nice lighting and balcony.

  We had a great stay at this beautiful chalet, and I just want to extend a big thank you to the owner Mr Ahmad. From the moment we arrived, the communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. The owner went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs and requests were met, making our experience truly special. The chalet itself was very good, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It is very convenient with many pools, close by the private beach and the aqua park. The location is good with a big shopping mall nearby. We Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable stay
