You know what struck me first about Andalusia Blue Beach? It’s actually right where you want to be in Hurghada – tucked next to Al Mamsha El Seyahi, which honestly is the stretch everyone talks about but most tourists never figure out how to find easily. I mean, you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from some of the better local spots that aren’t completely overrun with tour groups.

The thing about this place is it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s a solid 3-star that actually delivers on what a 3-star should be, if that makes sense. The rooms are clean (I stayed in one facing the sea side and could hear the waves at night, which was nice), and the staff – well, they’re genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or surprise charges that you sometimes get hit with in this price range. The breakfast spread isn’t going to blow your mind, but there’s enough variety to keep you happy, and they actually know how to make decent coffee, which honestly can’t be said for every hotel along this coast.

What I really appreciated was the location’s vibe – you’re close enough to the action when you want it, but far enough from the main hotel strip that you’re not dealing with constant noise and crowds. The beach access is straightforward, and the water here is that incredible Red Sea blue that photos never quite capture properly. I noticed the hotel gets busy with European guests during peak season (winter months), but even then it never felt overcrowded. The pool area is where people tend to hang out during the midday heat, and there’s usually a good mix of families and couples without being too heavily skewed either way. Parking was never an issue when I needed it, and the whole Al Mamsha area has this nice walkable feel in the evenings when the temperature drops and locals start coming out. You’ll find some actual Egyptian restaurants within walking distance, not just the tourist-focused places, which is always a good sign. The 7.4 rating feels about right – it’s not perfect, but it hits that sweet spot where you feel like you’re getting good value without any major disappointments.

  My chalet was very nice apart from a broken hot plate that they never replaced and my washing machine flooded the room as it was not plumbed in they sorted this for me
  
  What could be improved: I sent message to the property before arrival telling them I was disabled, they assured me a ground floor but I booked a chalet, the photos were very misleading, so I googled and printed a description of a chalet and took this with me. They insisted I had only paid for a room. They then put me in a lovely chalet with a great bed and lovely new furniture, however, it was up a lot of steps, with no balcony or patio.

  By far, the beach is the highlight of this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, but very basics. The bed was very comfortable!!
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast was little and basic . Anyway, you have a wonderful beach bar, with a great menu of drinks and food, for Egyptian prices!!

  Very convenient, clean, well managed, low budget stay in hurghada. It is very close to private beaches. I would say breakfast is very average here.

  Great staff very friendly, private sandy beach lovely for swimming, breakfast was really nice and included in room rate. Beach restaurant was great value for money. Huge portions and just for 3 or 4 dollars.Beds were very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: We only got 1 towel. Was a shame as we did ask for another but they never brought it. Water boiler was leaking meaning when you were in the bathroom your feet would get wet.
