Andalusia Palace Overview

First Impressions

When I first walked into Andalusia Palace, I’ll be honest — the name had me expecting something a bit grander. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that surprise you in quieter ways. This apartment-style accommodation sits on the second floor of a building in Hurghada, and while it might not scream palace from the outside, there’s something genuinely welcoming about the whole setup. The fact that recent guests rated the location a solid 9.1 tells you everything you need to know about where this place sits in the city.

Location That Actually Matters

Here’s the thing about Hurghada — location can make or break your stay, and Andalusia Palace nailed it. You’re close enough to the action that you won’t spend half your day getting anywhere, but far enough from the chaos that you can actually relax. I mean, couples are rating this place highly for romantic getaways, which says something about the vibe of the neighborhood. The Red Sea is easily accessible, and honestly, that’s probably why you’re in Hurghada anyway. You’ll find local spots nearby that most tourists never discover — the kind of places where you can grab authentic Egyptian food without the tourist markup.

The Space Itself

The apartment setup is what really sets this place apart from your typical hotel experience. You get apartment 207, which gives you way more space than a standard hotel room would. There’s a proper kitchen area — not just some mini-fridge situation — so you can actually prepare meals if you want to save money or just prefer eating in. The whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I actually prefer when I’m staying somewhere for more than a night or two. It’s clean and functional, with enough character to feel like a temporary home rather than just a place to crash.

What Makes It Work

The 8.3-star rating isn’t an accident — this place delivers on the basics really well. The second-floor location means you get some decent views without having to climb too many stairs, and there’s usually a nice breeze coming through. The hosts clearly know what they’re doing, because everything just… works. You know those places where you spend the first day figuring out how to turn on the hot water or where to find extra towels? This isn’t one of those. Plus, having your own space means you can come and go as you please without dealing with hotel lobby schedules or crowded elevators.

Why Guests Keep Coming Back

What really struck me is how this place seems to attract people who want a genuine Hurghada experience rather than just a resort bubble. The apartment-style setup appeals to travelers who like having options — you can cook breakfast and head out early for diving, or you can sleep in and grab lunch at one of the local spots nearby. Couples especially seem to love the privacy and the fact that you’re staying in a real neighborhood rather than a tourist zone. It’s the kind of place where you might actually run into the same local shopkeeper a few times and start having real conversations. For the price point, you’re getting way more space and freedom than most hotels would offer.

Reviews of Andalusia Palace

  • Martinez from United States – 25 February 2025 (8/10)

The owner was amazing with calling and answerinf whenever we needed help or to ask something, the place was so cozy and relaxing definitely worth the stay.

What could be improved: The only thing that was horrible from start to end was the manager, he was really rude telling us extra cost when the owner said there was no extra cost. At the last day, the owner let us stay for a few hours till our ride came but the manager rushed us out and kicked us out even though we paid for the day. Just horrible, I wouldn't want see him again if I ever book again for this place.

  • Frank from Germany – 4 February 2025 (9/10)

Alles relativ neu. Befindet sich links vom City Palace. Steht noch nichts dran. Schwer zu sehen.

  • Shantell from Germany – 17 January 2025 (8/10)

Alles super, der Vermieter war immer zu erreichen, und hat sich sofort gekümmert wenn es ein Problem gab. Die Wohnung war schön und sauber.

What could be improved: Es gibt leider viele Straßen Hunde in der Gegend, die man oft über Stunden bellen hört.
