Look, I’ll be straight with you about Apartment Bella Vita – it’s one of those places that doesn’t blow you away at first glance, but honestly grows on you once you settle in. The building sits in Tiba View, which if you know Hurghada at all, puts you in this sort of sweet spot where you’re close enough to hear the Red Sea but far enough from the main hotel strip to actually get some sleep at night.
The apartment itself feels… well, lived-in is probably the kindest way to put it. It’s got that Mediterranean vibe going on with the tile floors and simple furnishings, though you can tell the place has seen its share of guests over the years. What I actually loved though was the balcony – you know what, on a clear morning you can catch glimpses of the water between the other buildings, and there’s something really satisfying about having your coffee out there while the neighborhood slowly wakes up. The kitchen’s basic but functional (I mean, you’re not going to be hosting dinner parties, but you can definitely handle breakfast and simple meals), and honestly that saved me a ton of money since eating out every meal in Hurghada adds up fast.
The location is where this place really makes sense. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk to some decent local restaurants – there’s this little place that does amazing ful medames that the hotel guests never seem to find – and the beach access is actually pretty solid. Not the pristine resort beaches, but real Red Sea coastline where you’ll see local families on weekends and can snorkel without fighting crowds. Parking was never an issue when I was there, which honestly surprised me given how chaotic some parts of Hurghada can get. The owner (or manager, I never quite figured out which) was around most days and spoke decent English, plus he knew all the local taxi drivers so getting around was easier than expected. I will say the WiFi was spotty – not unusual for the area, but worth knowing if you’re planning to work remotely. And the hot water situation was… temperamental. Some days perfect, other days you’re doing that awkward dance trying to find the right temperature. But you know what? For the price point and the fact that you get a whole apartment setup rather than just a hotel room, these little quirks felt manageable. It’s definitely more suited for travelers who want to experience a bit of local life rather than those looking for polished resort amenities, but if that sounds appealing to you, Bella Vita delivers on that front.

Квартира на берегу моря. Просторная, уютная, чистая, ухоженная. Есть своя кухня, ванная, большая кровать. Чистые полотенца и постельное бельё. Спасибо хозяйке за приятные условия. В комплексе есть бассейн. 100% рекомендую!!!

Данная квартира удобно расположена в шаговой доступности от моря (3 мин), находиться на первой береговой линии. Бассейн просто потрясающий. Хорошая хозяйка, которая реагирует на все пожелания. И квартира не очень маленькая, что соответствует цене.
В Итоге: Отличная студия рядом с морем (3мин пешком) есть всё необходимое (включая тостер и небольшую кофеварку что очень порадовало), очень уютно! Можно смело рекомендовать.Louise from United Kingdom – 13 December 2022 (1/10)
