You know what caught me off guard about Apartment Dolcezza? The name makes it sound all fancy and Italian, but honestly, it’s just this really solid, no-nonsense place tucked away in Tiba View that actually gets the basics right. I mean, you’re not going to confuse it with some five-star resort, but for what it is – a 3-star spot that’s walking distance to the Red Sea – it punches way above its weight.

The thing about staying here is you’re really living like locals do in this part of Hurghada. Tiba View isn’t the flashy hotel strip where all the tour buses dump everyone off, which I actually loved. You’ve got that authentic Egyptian neighborhood vibe going on – kids playing soccer in the streets in the evening, the call to prayer echoing off the buildings, little corner shops where you can grab cold Stella beers for like nothing. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious (and I say surprising because Egyptian hotel rooms can be, well, cozy), with this decent kitchenette that actually works if you want to pick up some fresh fish from the local market. The air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine taking off, which honestly is half the battle in Hurghada’s heat.

What really sold me on this place was how close you actually are to everything without being in the middle of tourist chaos. The sea is right there – I’m talking a genuine 5-minute walk, not that “near the sea” nonsense some places claim when you need a taxi. You can hear the waves at night if you crack the balcony door, but you’re not dealing with the noise from the big resort pools and beach bars. The 8.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here a few days – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does well. The guys running the place are super helpful with local recommendations (they pointed me toward this incredible seafood spot that definitely wasn’t in any guidebook), and they don’t hover or try to sell you excursions every time you walk through the lobby. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too – none of that standing around for an hour while they “prepare your room” situation. If you’re the type who wants to experience Hurghada without feeling like you’re in some tourist bubble, and you don’t need a spa and three pools to be happy, this place just works.

  Все было супер – четкие и ясные инструкции по въезду и выезду, классная квартира, крутая ванна с душем, приятный ремонт и много пространства в комнате)
  
  What could be improved: Так и не понялкогда и как работает аквапарк. Как то он по часам работал. Видимо как всегда из-за ковида.

  Все отлично, четко, как и договаривались в переписке. Остался очень доволен! В действительности всё лучше, чем на фото — сама студия, расположение дома — все очень красиво, точно и продумано. Не сомневайтесь — бронируйте смело! Квартира уютная с отличным местоположением в хорошем Новом доме. Магазины, аптеки, море в минуте ходьбы. Хозяин всегда на связи!
