You know what surprised me most about Apartment Hossam 1? It’s tucked away in this quiet residential part of Hurghada that most tourists never see – I mean, you’re still close to everything, but it feels like you’ve stumbled onto where actual people live. The building itself is pretty typical Egyptian apartment block style, nothing fancy from the outside, but honestly that’s part of what I liked about it. No pretense, just solid accommodation that does exactly what it promises.

The apartment itself is way more spacious than I expected – and I’ve stayed in enough places around the Red Sea to know that’s not always a given. The owner, Hossam, clearly gets what travelers actually need. There’s proper kitchen space (not just a mini-fridge and hot plate situation), decent water pressure in the shower, and – this is huge – reliable air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. The furniture is clean and functional, maybe not Instagram-worthy but comfortable enough that I actually used the living room instead of just collapsing on the bed every night. And the Wi-Fi? Actually works, which feels like a minor miracle sometimes in this part of town.

What really sold me was the location, though. You’re about a 10-minute walk from the main hotel strip along the coast, but far enough back that you don’t get the constant noise of tour buses and late-night partying. There’s a little local market practically next door where you can grab fresh fruit and basics – the kind of place where they’ll remember you after day two and start recommending the best mangoes. The beach access is easy once you know the route (Hossam will show you), and you end up at a stretch that’s got fewer crowds than the resort areas. I spent most mornings there with my coffee before the day-trippers arrived. Getting around is straightforward too – taxis know the area, and if you’re planning day trips to Luxor or the desert, pickup is no problem. The 9.3 rating makes total sense when you consider you’re getting genuine local experience without sacrificing comfort, plus Hossam is the kind of host who actually answers messages and sorts out any issues immediately. It’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what you want when you’re more interested in exploring Hurghada than hiding in a resort bubble.

  It’s a nice place to stay for a short trip. Everything I needed was close by. It was clean and the Wi-Fi was great!

  位置很好，酒店马路对面是mina清真寺，右侧是海鲜市场，海鲜市场旁边就是码头，出海都从这里出发。酒店是新装修的，一切都是新的。老板人很好，退房后可以免费寄存行李。公寓里有燃气灶，锅碗瓢盆和调料，可以自己做饭。

  اقامة رائعة و الفيو خيالي من الشرفة بانوراما للبحر و المراكب ما شاء الله المكان مجهز بالكامل وبشكل احترافي بالاضافة لقرب الموقع من مارينا الغردقة و مسجد الميناء الكبير و منطقة وسط البلد شارع الشيراتون و ممشى شيري و طبعا المضيف الرائع مستر حسام سريع الاستجابة و ودود بشكل استثنائي

  Hurghada'nın sembollerinden olan Nur Camii'sinin tam karşısında harika bir manzara ve konuma sahipti. Eşim ve çocuğumla rahatça kaldık. Apartman yapım aşamasında ama daire içerisinde bir eksik yoktu. Hatta herşey yeniydi. İşletme sahipleri anlayışlı kimselerdi. İlgili ilgisiz her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.
  
  What could be improved: Sonuçta bir otel değil. 1+1 bir apartman dairesi olduğunu unutmamak lazım. Olumsuz tarafı apartmanın giriş kapısının sanayi dükkanlarının bulunduğu bir sokağa çıkıyor olması.
