Look, I’ll be straight with you about Apartments in Florenza Khamsin – it’s one of those places that grows on you once you figure out what you’re getting into. When I first pulled up to the Cornish Road location, honestly, I wasn’t blown away by the exterior, but then again, half the charm of Hurghada is that the good stuff isn’t always obvious from the street.

The apartment I stayed in (G102, actually) was surprisingly spacious for what you pay, and you know what really sold me? The fact that it actually felt like a proper apartment, not some hotel room pretending to be one. There’s a decent-sized kitchen where you can actually cook – and trust me, after a week of hotel breakfast buffets, being able to make your own coffee in the morning is pure gold. The Arabia Area of Florenza Khamsin is quieter than I expected, which was perfect since I’m one of those people who needs actual silence to sleep. You’re close enough to hear the occasional car on Cornish Road, but it’s not that constant traffic drone that drives you crazy.

What I really appreciated was how the place sits in relation to everything else in Hurghada. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble – I mean, you can walk to actual local spots where people live and work, which gives you a much better feel for the city. The Red Sea is obviously the main draw here, and while you’re not beachfront, you can get to decent diving spots without burning half your day in transport. I found myself using the apartment as a proper base – coming back between activities, storing dive gear, even doing laundry (the washer actually works, miracle of miracles). The 7.4 rating makes sense to me because it’s solid without being fancy. There are definitely some quirks – the Wi-Fi can be temperamental, and the hot water takes a minute to get going – but nothing that ruins your trip. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, no endless paperwork or hard sells for excursions. Honestly, for a 3-star place in this part of Hurghada, you could do a lot worse. It’s the kind of spot that works really well if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring rather than lounging around your accommodation.

  I just love cats, Florenza has many. The flat is large, quiet and well equipped. Shops and restaurants are very close, Arabia is a nice area. If there is an issue, the contact person does his best to fix it.
  
  What could be improved: On arrival, one gets the key and directions. No instructions. So 1. If there is no power.. flick the 12 switches on the electrical board to the left. Then there should he power.. the £ balance should be indicated. Check the tv. If not working, see if there are batteries in the remote. If no.. buy them. If yes but 'no signal' .. call contact person. Water and power are cheap and can be topped up at reception.

  The apartment was very spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller at Florenza and all the on-site staff were very helpful and kind. Lots of cats on-site which I LOVED!!
  
  What could be improved: On arrival the apartment was not very clean but I called the owner who came quickly to see for himself and he quickly arranged a clearer to deep clean the apartment at no extra charge.
  
  Small things would make the apartment great, basic gbjngs like a shelf in the shower and more kitchen utensils (I bought a few myself and left there). Hooks on the bs k if skies for clothes and towels sound also help… like I say just a few small details would make Europeans feel more at home 👍

  What could be improved: Apartment needs more equipment like knife and fork cooking equipment and air conditioning fixing it leeks water into bucket but the apartment is worth staying at

  Nothing was good at all the apartment was different from the apartment in the booking.. only the person who met us Mr.Mahmoud was helpful and friendly and the location was great.
  
  What could be improved: The air conditions are too small ( 1 horse power ) for the hall and the bedroom. The TV worked for two days only and lost the signal .. the cooker wasn't working properly. The tea maker is too bad and it was changed by another little bad one 😁.. the washing machine is old

  Klíče od pokoje předané ihned po našem příjezdu, i když jsme přijeli v 1 ráno a naše letadlo mělo zpoždění… Hned nám bylo vše ukázáno a předáno.
  
  What could be improved: Kromě ubytování se dobíjely karty na elektřinu a vodu, to jsme nevěděli. A bazén nebyl moc čistý
