You know what struck me first about Bahga Palace 3? The name sounds way fancier than what you actually get – but honestly, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. This place sits right on Madares Street, literally across from Al Yasmin Supermarket, which I mean, sounds mundane until you realize how incredibly practical that is. I’m talking about grabbing snacks, water, or forgotten toiletries without even thinking about it. The electric company building nearby isn’t exactly scenic, but it’s one of those landmarks that makes finding the place super easy when you’re explaining to taxi drivers.

The apartments themselves are… well, they’re solid three-star territory. Nothing that’ll blow your mind, but everything works and it’s clean, which honestly puts it ahead of some places I’ve stayed in Hurghada. The residential setup means you get more space than typical hotel rooms – there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re pretty central. Maybe it’s because it’s tucked into this residential pocket, but you don’t get the constant street noise that drives you crazy in some parts of town. The air conditioning works properly too, which – trust me – you’ll care about a lot more than fancy marble lobbies when it’s pushing 40 degrees outside.

Here’s the thing about this part of Hurghada: you’re not beachfront (obviously, given the price point), but you’re in this authentic neighborhood where actual Egyptians live and work. The supermarket across the street stays open late, there’s a decent little café about two blocks down that serves proper Egyptian breakfast, and you can catch microbuses to the touristy areas without the markup you’d pay from resort hotels. I actually found the walk to the corniche pretty manageable – maybe 15 minutes if you don’t mind the heat. The 7.6 rating feels about right; it’s not going to win any design awards, but it delivers on the basics without any nasty surprises. Staff speaks enough English to handle check-in and basic questions, though don’t expect concierge-level service. For what you’re paying, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring rather than lounging around the hotel, Bahga Palace 3 does the job. Just remember to bring a universal adapter – the outlets are the standard Egyptian type, and they don’t have extras lying around at the front desk.

  Apartment big ,balcony very big and comfortable. Bed so comfortable. Kitchen good. Personal was so friendly and helpful.

  It's a flat, not a resort. So there's no water park, etc, but I wanted a flat. I was SO SURPRISED with how clean and comfortable the flat was! And affordable.
  Great AC, very spacious, sweet little balcony, kitchen, two sleeping rooms…
  The only drawback was that Uber drivers COULD NOT FIND IT!
  I had to explain to drivers in Arabic that it is not a hotel, it is a flat. They kept wanting to drive to the street with all the hotels and resorts.
  Oh, and we slept really well in the beds. Comfortable beds!
  
  What could be improved: The wiring is older, so our phones didn't charge well/fast.

  Our host was exceptionally helpful and friendly! The house is real clean,especiallyconsidering the low cleaning standart around most of Egypt, I was so happy to stay in this apartment. The location is also pretty close to the city center.
