Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Bellevue The View on Old Sheraton Road – I mean, it’s tucked away in this compound that you might miss if you’re not paying attention. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones hiding in plain sight. The building itself is pretty standard for Hurghada, nothing too flashy, but once you get to unit G104 and step inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about this place. The lobby’s got that lived-in comfort that feels more like a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a hotel, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see me – not that forced hospitality thing you get at some of the bigger resorts down the coast.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how it sits in the neighborhood. Old Sheraton Road puts you right in the thick of things without the tourist trap madness of the main strip. You’re maybe a ten-minute walk to some seriously good local restaurants (there’s this little place that does incredible koshari that the hotel guys told me about), and honestly, the Red Sea views from certain rooms are pretty spectacular – hence the name, I guess. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but everything works, which is more than I can say for some of the supposedly higher-end places I’ve stayed at in Egypt. The AC actually keeps things cool, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the beds are surprisingly decent. I will say the walls are a bit thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe pack some earplugs, but it’s never rowdy enough to really bother you.

Here’s the thing about Bellevue The View – it’s got that sweet spot pricing where you’re not breaking the bank, but you’re also not wondering if the sheets are clean or if the shower’s going to work. The location means you can easily grab a taxi or walk to the marina area when you want to do touristy things, but you can also just chill and feel like you’re experiencing a bit of actual Hurghada life. Parking’s not an issue if you’ve rented a car, which is rare for this area, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling, no hidden fees, just “here’s your key, here’s where everything is.” For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight, and that 9 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two there. It’s the kind of place you’d book again without hesitation, especially if you want to explore Hurghada without feeling like you’re stuck in a resort bubble.

  I spent 14 nights at the Bellevue, and everything was great from start to finish. Upon my arrival, Mr. Beshoy was waiting for me and helped me. The apartment was very clean, and everything I needed to feel at home was there. The view was simply beautiful, as if it were a picture, and there was always someone to talk to. The complex is very beautiful and well-maintained; there's a pool right outside and a clean beach area with a café. The people were all very friendly and helpful, and Miss Engy was also helpful. There were no problems at any time; I would gladly come back. You can see how beautiful it is from the pictures.

  Spacious and spotlessly clean place with a spectacular view of the sea and Hurghada from the living room and the cozy balcony, the apartment is true to the pictures. The place is situated within a compound that seems very well maintained. One of the five pools is right outside the place, too,

  What could be improved: We had to wait a total of two hours until we could check in, as someone had to drive in from out of town, and arrival kept getting postponed, so we couldn't do anything else with our time.
  For check-out we let them know when we wanted to leave two hours ahead, and they did their best to not have us wait and managed to be there 15 mins after the latest check-out time listed on booking.com, which was ok for us, as we didn't have a plane to catch. The whole process still required quite a bit of communication. The people we were in touch with were very friendly, it just seemed like they had a lot of other things going on rather than checking us in and out of the place.

  The apartment itself if beautiful, clean and comfortable — with everything you could need. But the view is a whole new level! Waking up to this beauty is pure magic!

  It is a very nice apartment in a gated complex. The view from the balcony is amazing. The interior of the apartment is great, specially the lightning. The kitchen is well equipped. It was a lovely short stay before returning to Europe. Grocery stores are in walking distance (15-20 min). The beach looked great. At the complex there are multiple pools, one is just near the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The beach was not finished yet, there were still different work going on which was a bit annoying and not very relaxing. But other than that the beach looked great.

  Not only THE Sea view is FANTASTIC LIKE WOOOOOW BUT THE MANAGER JOHN IS A VERY HONEST AND KIND MAN. Always available and willing to give extra help. The service is top notch . The apartment is spotless clean with all the amenities . Definitely a hidden gem!!! Plus the area is in a gated community.Thanks a lot John and the whole team, will definitely be back there .   I booked for my sister and she enjoyed very much ! According to her it’s a very nice place Engy and John are very caring and welcoming. The check in and the check out hours are very flexible. The appartement is cozy with a beautiful view on the red sea. She had a great time and I recommend it. Personally if i go to Hurghada i will probably book in Bellevue the view !
