Tucked right on Kawther Main Street, this place doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s a solid 3-star spot that punches way above its weight, which honestly explains that 9.1 rating. The moment you walk in, there’s this relaxed vibe that just makes sense for Hurghada – sort of like someone took a beach house aesthetic and made it work in the middle of town.

The location is pretty smart if you ask me. Kawther Main Street puts you close enough to everything without being right in the chaos of the marina area. You can actually walk to decent restaurants and shops, and – this is key – you’re not dealing with the tourist trap pricing that hits you closer to the waterfront. The staff genuinely seem to care about what they’re doing, which you notice in little things like remembering your name or actually giving useful directions instead of just pointing vaguely down the street. I mean, check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or surprise charges, and they’re pretty flexible about letting you store bags if you arrive early. The rooms have this bohemian thing going on (hence the name, I guess) with local touches that feel authentic rather than forced – think handwoven textiles and artwork that actually looks like it came from somewhere around here, not a hotel supply catalog.

What really sells me on this place is how it feels lived-in rather than sterile. The common areas have that comfortable, slightly worn-in feeling where you might actually want to hang out rather than just rush through. And honestly, for a 3-star hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance are spot-on – everything works, the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every five minutes, and the air conditioning actually cools the room down. You’re not getting marble bathrooms or a fancy spa, but you’re getting exactly what you need without the inflated prices. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet at night too, which is perfect if you’re planning to actually sleep rather than party until dawn. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between budget and comfort in Hurghada – somewhere with personality that won’t leave you feeling like you’re staying in a generic box – Boho Homes is worth checking out.

  As a solo travelling woman, I felt completely safe at Boho Homes. The location is excellent with cafes/restaurants/supermarkets all on the doorstep. Facilities at the hotel were exactly what I needed with very good WiFi signal. Management dealt with any query/request immediately and effectively. Will defo stay again.

  It was so lovely to stay in Boho Homes as a lonely guests , room was so nice and clean and personel was super helpful. I had a problem with taxi driver on arrival and Mr. Karem helped me with it he also found solution for my every need and even drop me the airport. I felt like home I recommend everyone who needs a excellent service and safe & cozy place to stay. I will come back and stay there again for sure!
