  Very nice and cozy flat, well decorated. Also well located near the busy area with restaurants and shops. Quiet at night. Owner is very responsive and reacts quickly should any issues occur.

  Very nice apartment, spacious & comfortable.
  Amazing host who will send you all the info you need. Very good location, close to Club House although might be too noisy for some. It’s next to a restaurant and a bar so bring your ear stoppers if you are a light sleeper. Totally recommend it.
  
  What could be improved: There could be more cups & plates.
  And the next is not actually about the apartment but about a taxi driver recommended by the host.
  The guy wanted €20 one way from the Go Bus station to El Gouna and the same amount for a taxi from el Gouna to the airport. Even booking.com offers a taxi for max $11. When you contact him he doesn’t give you the amount, he just says “no problem”. He then turns up and if you don’t want to pay that money, he starts “blackmailing” you that he already designated time for you. To be fair to the host, he only suggested the taxi driver. We didn’t have to take him but we just thought it’ll be convenient and didn’t realise he will behave the way he did. So our recommendation is to either take a different taxi or negotiate well upfront.

  The location was fantastic! Just a bridge from downtown and activity, a short walk the other direction to great places to relax with water view. Jean Victor was quick to answer all questions and solve stupid problems. The kitchen is well appointed, plenty of pillows and bedding, great towels!
  I recommend chilling at the Club House and using the spa connected to it. Loved the Mexican food at Chicha's. Really enjoyed a sea day at Abu Tig marnina
  
  What could be improved: The remote for TV needs to be changed out. It is a bit fickle. There is really nothing else!

  The central location was ideal! Very close to all restaurants and the supermarket downtown.
  Contact with the owner was fast and easy and we were greeted with a warm welcome when we arrived. Everything was present in the kitchen when you want to cook yourself which was also a plus.
