Building 3 on Alfondok Street might not sound glamorous, but trust me, the location works.

The moment you step into this penthouse, you get why it’s pulling a 9.6 rating. The space feels genuinely spacious – not that fake “suite” thing where they just stick a couch in a regular room and call it luxury. But here’s the thing that really got me: that private jacuzzi situation is legit. It’s actually private (I was worried about neighboring buildings looking down, but the setup gives you real privacy), and being open-air means you’re soaking under actual stars, not some sad indoor skylight. The water pressure’s solid too, which – let’s be honest – isn’t always a given in Egypt. I spent way too many evenings out there with a drink, watching the Hurghada lights spread out below.

What I really appreciated was how they handled the details. The check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t a nightmare (which, if you’ve driven around Hurghada, you know that’s not guaranteed), and the whole place felt clean without that overwhelming bleach smell some hotels think equals cleanliness. The staff actually seemed to know the area – when I asked about getting to the marina without dealing with tourist taxi prices, they gave me real directions, not just “take a taxi.” The only minor thing is that being up in the heights means you’re a bit removed from the waterfront restaurants, but honestly, that’s also why it’s quieter at night. You can actually sleep without hearing every scooter and late-night conversation echoing off the water. For a 4-star place, it punches above its weight – I’ve stayed in 5-star spots along the Red Sea that felt more generic than this. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between having your own space and being close enough to everything Hurghada offers, this actually delivers.

  Очень чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое. Вежливый внимательный персонал.
  В квартире идеальная чистота, судя по всему , джакузи мыли специально перед нашим приездом, так как песка и пыли не было вообще!
  Вайфай работает. На первом этаже есть бассейн. В квартире нет кухни, но есть чайник, микроволновка и вся необходимая посуда
