  The host is very kind and helpful.
  He speaks fluent English, German, and of course Arabic.
  
  The location is close to cafés and restaurants, and has a lot of free parking.
  The rooftop terrace has spectacular views.
  
  The apartment comes with a kitchen, fridge, etc. as well as 3 beds (1 bedroom, one in the living room) and a large shower.
  
  So all in all a great apartment!
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately (like with most hotels in Egypt) COVID and the political situation since 2014 lead to a decrease in tourism.
  The staff makes do with the little bookings they get and the apartment is not really affected by that.
  The host is great, as is the apartment.
  
  However: be aware – Safaga as a whole has suffered a lot during the last decade and looks different than it did a while ago.
  A lot of the hotels and restaurants / cafés have closed and beaches are littered / occupied by fishermen.
  There is close no no tourism, and a lot of deserted, closed / desolate run-down holiday complexes.
