Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Cozy studio near by the beach – Intercontinental” in the name, I thought this was going to be one of those places that oversells itself. You know what I mean, right? But honestly, this little spot in the Touristic Villages area of Hurghada completely surprised me. It’s tucked away on the first floor of a quiet building in sector G-13, and while that sounds super technical, it’s actually perfect because you’re close enough to everything but far enough from the main strip that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling back at 3 AM.

The studio itself is exactly what it says – cozy. I mean, you’re not getting a sprawling suite here, but everything you need is there and it’s been thought out pretty well. The bed’s comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), there’s decent storage space, and the little kitchenette actually works if you want to grab some fresh bread from the local bakery and make breakfast. What really got me though was how clean everything was – like, genuinely spotless, not just “eh, good enough” clean. The bathroom’s small but functional, and the water pressure is surprisingly good for this part of Hurghada. The AC works great too, which honestly is half the battle in the Red Sea heat.

Location-wise, this is where it gets really good. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk to the beach – and I’m talking about the decent stretch of sand, not the rocky bits you sometimes get stuck with. The Touristic Villages area is sort of this sweet spot where you’ve got access to restaurants and shops without being right in the chaos of downtown Hurghada. There’s this little coffee place about two blocks away that does amazing Turkish coffee (the owner’s super friendly), and if you walk maybe five minutes toward the water, there’s a small market where locals actually shop – way better prices than the tourist traps. I spent most evenings just wandering around the neighborhood, and it felt safe and relaxed.

The 9.9 rating actually makes sense once you stay here – it’s not trying to be fancy, but it nails everything it promises. Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive when I had a question about the WiFi, and honestly, for a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight. The only minor thing is that if you’re planning to cook a lot, the kitchen setup is pretty basic, but for most people just wanting a clean, comfortable base near the beach, this works perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was doing a longer Red Sea trip and wanted somewhere that felt more like a temporary home than a hotel room.

  I had a great stay at Sobhy’s place. The homestay was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located. Sobhy was a kind and responsive host, always ready to help whenever I had a question. I really appreciated his hospitality and communication throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

  Very good and quiet location. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. And the owner was very helpful and polite.
  
  What could be improved: Socket of the water heater was broken so it didnt work all the time correctly as it should. But that wasnt a big problem for us.

  Tesis havaalanına çok yakındı ve odaya kolayca yerleşebildik. Oldukça sakin ve sessiz bir bölgede. Temizliği harika ve imkanları mükemmeldi. Hurgada merkeze Uber'le gidip geldik, ev sahibi sürekli her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını sordu. Biz memnun kaldık.

  Уютные апартаменты с 2 кондиционерами и вентилятором если нужно. Удобная 2 спальная кровать. Апартаменты располагаются рядом с посольством (окна на территорию перед посольством) поэтому там все время полиция и ходить безопасно. Есть посуда, сковородка, кастрюля и приборы. Есть ТВ, но я не смотрел. Отличный WIFI. Близко от 9 пляжа и торговой улицы. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, всегда на связи и на протяжении пребывания регулярно спрашивал как дела.

  Заселился в студию и остался очень доволен! Квартира чистая, уютная, полностью соответствует описанию. Вся необходимая техника работает, мебель удобная, а интерьер создаёт приятную атмосферу.
  Заселение прошло быстро и без лишних формальностей. Хозяин студии вежливый, всегда на связи и готов помочь по любым вопросу. Район отличный – тихий, но при этом всё необходимое рядом: магазины, транспорт, море всего в 5 минутах ходьбы! Идеальное место для комфортного проживания. Рекомендую!
