Look, I’ll be honest with you – when I first saw the name “Dashing 2 BDR Mangroovy,” I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this little place on Kite Center Road actually surprised me in the best way. You know how some properties try too hard with fancy names? Well, this one’s different. It’s tucked right into the Mangroovy Beach area, and I mean literally – you can practically roll out of bed and onto the sand. The whole setup feels more like staying at someone’s beach house than a typical hotel, which honestly works in its favor.

The apartment itself is pretty spacious for what you’re paying. Two bedrooms that actually fit real furniture (not those tiny European doubles that make you feel like a giant), and the living area has this laid-back vibe that just makes you want to kick off your sandals and stay awhile. The pool access is legit – not one of those “shared with 200 other people” situations. I spent most mornings there with my coffee before the day got too hot, and you know what? I rarely had to fight for a spot. The beach access is the real winner though. None of that walking-through-three-hotels-to-get-to-the-water nonsense. You’re right there, and the stretch of beach feels less crowded than some of the bigger resort areas down the coast.

Now, it’s a 3-star place with a 7.2 rating, so let’s keep expectations realistic here. The WiFi can be spotty (though honestly, isn’t that half the point of a beach vacation?), and the air conditioning works fine but sounds like it’s having deep philosophical conversations with itself at night. The kitchen setup is actually pretty decent if you want to grab some fresh fish from the local market – there’s this little place about ten minutes away where the fishermen come in around 6 AM, and trust me, it’s worth the early wake-up call. What really sold me on this place was how quiet it gets in the evenings. You’re close enough to El Gouna’s action when you want it, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with party noise until 3 AM. The staff – well, there isn’t really “staff” in the traditional sense, more like helpful locals who seem genuinely happy you’re there. Check-in was refreshingly simple, no long speeches about resort rules or timeshare presentations. Just keys, a quick tour, and “the beach is that way.” Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Perfect location for us who were kitesurfing at KBC. 5 minutes walk to KBC.
  Excellent internet connection and channel TV with hundreds of channels.
  The swimming pool is amazing and you have a well sorted supermarket att 2 minutes walk distance

  Schönes Appartment, relativ neu, Lebensmittelshop in der Nähe, bequeme und grosszügige Betten, 2 Bäder, grosse Küche.
  
  What could be improved: Sehr lärmig, gleich nebenan ist eine Grossbaustelle, um 7.30h beginnen die lauten Arbeiten und an Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Leider wurde auch an vier Nächten gleich nebenan sehr laut Party gemacht, Start um Mitternacht, Ende gegen vier Uhr morgens. Es gibt keine Security in der Nacht. Die Vermieterin XURU Stays ist sehr unprofessionell, auf WhatsApp und Mail wird nicht geantwortet, dies trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Das Appartment war nicht sauber gereinigt, in einem der zwei Bäder stinkt es fürchterlich von der Kanalisation.
