  Die Nähe zu unserer Tauchbasis und relativ zentral zur Innenstadt und Marina. Die Vermieterin Irina hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert.
  
  What could be improved: leider haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt. wir waren zur Ramadan Zeit vor Ort und die Sauberkeit im Innenhof hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Der Pool war die ganze Zeit über grün und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Wir haben Irina den Tip gegeben, ihren Housekeeping Service zu wechseln, da die Küche in unseren Augen versifft war. Wir mussten alles vorab richtig gründlich reinigen. Das Bett hat gequietscht- an ein Durchschlafen war leider nicht zu denken. Die Sofas waren auch nicht wirklich mehr bequem. Ebenso gab es jede Nacht auf der Querstraße direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster Hundekämpfe. Und Katzen saßen jeden Tag direkt bei uns vor der Tür und haben um Essen gebettelt. Wir sind uns bewusst, das es nicht mit Hotels vergleichbar ist… aber bis dato haben wir keine Schlechten Erfahrungen mit Wohnungen gemacht.
