The apartment sits right in the M3 area – which, if you know El Gouna at all, puts you in this perfect sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything but not drowning in the main tourist chaos.

The pool situation is actually pretty great, and I mean that in the most non-promotional way possible. It’s not some massive resort-style thing, but it’s clean, well-maintained, and honestly? Sometimes you just want to float around without fighting for a decent spot. The beach access is the real winner though – you’re literally a few minutes from some seriously nice stretches of sand, and the water here has that incredible clarity that makes you remember why you came to the Red Sea in the first place. I spent most mornings walking down there with my coffee (the apartment has a proper kitchen setup, which saved me from tourist-trap breakfast prices every single day). What really struck me was how quiet it gets in the evenings – El Gouna can get pretty lively, but this spot manages to give you that peaceful wind-down time you actually need on vacation.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there, you know? Not in a weird way, but it’s got that comfortable, lived-in quality that beats sterile hotel rooms every time. The air conditioning works properly – trust me, you’ll care about this in summer – and there’s enough space to actually unpack and settle in for more than just a night or two. Honestly, the 9.7 rating makes sense once you’re there; it’s one of those places where the small details just work. The Wi-Fi is solid (I had to do some work calls), hot water comes fast, and the whole place feels secure without being fortress-like. If you’re planning to explore the area, you’re perfectly positioned for day trips to Hurghada proper or even some of the diving spots further south, but you’ll probably find yourself wanting to stick around El Gouna more than you expected. The lagoons here are something else entirely, especially if you catch them during the less crowded afternoon hours when the light starts getting golden.
