You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name sounds like marketing gone wild, but honestly – it actually delivers on every promise. I’ve stayed at plenty of spots in El Gouna over the years, and this little gem tucked away at the entrance (M7-24 if you’re looking) feels more like crashing at a friend’s perfectly designed beach house than staying at a typical hotel.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of calm that washes over you. Maybe it’s because you’re not dealing with a massive lobby full of tour groups – this is intimate, just how El Gouna should be experienced. The sea view from the bedroom isn’t one of those “if you crane your neck and squint” situations either. It’s proper, unobstructed blue stretching out toward the horizon, and in the morning when that light hits the water… well, let’s just say I spent way too much time on that balcony with my coffee. The garden situation is where they really got clever though. Instead of just having a pool that everyone shares (and fights over the good chairs), you’ve got this private little slice that connects directly to the main pool area. So you get the best of both worlds – your own space when you want to read or nap, but you can still float over and socialize when the mood strikes.

What really sold me on this place is how they’ve nailed the details that matter. The AC actually works (crucial in Hurghada summers, trust me), the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and there’s proper water pressure in the shower. I mean, these sound basic, but you’d be surprised how many places in the area still struggle with the fundamentals. The kitchenette is small but functional – perfect for making breakfast or keeping drinks cold without having to trek to the main resort facilities every time. And honestly, being right at the El Gouna entrance is genius. You’re close enough to walk to Marina or Abu Tig when you want the action, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the late-night party noise that can be… well, a lot. The 9.6 rating isn’t inflated tourist nonsense either – after staying here, I get it. It’s that rare combination of a place that looks great in photos but actually exceeds expectations in person. The owner clearly lives here or at least spends serious time in El Gouna, because everything from the furniture choices to the garden layout shows someone who understands how people actually want to vacation. If you’re looking for a massive resort with fifteen restaurants and nightly entertainment, this isn’t your spot. But if you want to feel like you’ve got your own little Egyptian seaside retreat where you can actually relax and recharge, this is exactly what you’re after.

  Everything was excellent and i had a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean and maybe even more beautiful than in pictures. It has everything you need for a good holiday. Being on ground level you have a huge pool right on your backyard. Communication with the owner and check in was very easy. Will hopefully stay here again!

  We were at El Gouna for kitesurfing. Our kitesurfing school Red Sea Zone was steps away, so Mangroovy was the best location for our needs! We truly loved the private garden accessed directly from both the living room and bedroom. Having a swimming pool, as huge as the one available in the complex (roughly 100 m long!), was a great recreational touch. We were greeted by Misho who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out and great comfort in the property. We would love to come back next year.

  Everything was wonderful. It was an amazing holyday in a great place. The apatment is new and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and ready to help any time. Direct access to the pool from the wonderful terrace. There are 2 supermarkets next to apartment and just 10 minutes by walking to restaurants. Free access to the pool and the beach.

  Very nice flat with beautiful garden and direct access to the pool. Clean and very good equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
  The staff was extremely friendly & they were always happy to help when we needed something.
  Also the flat was cleaned inbetween our stay which we thing is outstanding.
  
  What could be improved: It was really really noisy at the pool even during nighttime.
  There were some people having parties at the pool and were not respecting the operating hours of the pool. Unfortunately therefore we were not be able to sit in the garden in the evenings and also had a hard time to get to sleep as it was loud until late in the night.
  We talked to the staff from mangroovy about it, but even they could get them to be a bit more quiet. This was a huge downside during our stay. But apart from that, I highly recommend the flat.
