You know what caught me off guard about the Florenza Khamsin? It’s actually way more peaceful than you’d expect for a 3-star place in Hurghada. I mean, when I first pulled up to V-107 – which is honestly pretty easy to find once you know that whole Khamsin area sits just back from the main coastal strip – I was thinking it’d be your typical budget apartment complex with thin walls and screaming kids. But the swimming pool view from this one-bedroom unit? It’s genuinely relaxing, especially in those early morning hours when the water’s still glass-smooth and you can hear the call to prayer drifting over from the nearby mosque.

The apartment itself feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I actually prefer. There’s this slightly worn leather couch that’s perfectly positioned for watching the pool action (and trust me, there’s always something happening down there – families splashing around, older German couples doing their morning laps, the occasional late-night group that gets a bit too loud). The bedroom’s compact but clever – they’ve got decent blackout curtains, which you’ll definitely appreciate since Hurghada sun starts blazing pretty early. What I really loved was the little kitchenette; it’s nothing fancy, but having a proper fridge and stovetop means you can grab fresh fish from the local market instead of eating hotel food every night. The whole Sheraton Road area has these great little shops where the locals actually go, not just the tourist traps.

Honestly, the 7.4 rating makes sense – it’s solid without being spectacular. The Wi-Fi works fine (I had video calls with no issues), the air conditioning keeps up with the heat, and the management team is pretty responsive when you need something. The pool area can get crowded during peak season, especially when the European package tours roll in around February and March, but by late afternoon it usually clears out nicely. One thing worth mentioning – if you’re planning to explore beyond the resort area, you’re actually in a good spot here. It’s close enough to walk to some decent restaurants along the beach road, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the constant honking and street vendors that can drive you crazy in the main tourist zone. The whole complex has this sort of relaxed, slightly sleepy vibe that grows on you after a day or two. I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but sometimes you just want a clean, comfortable place to crash after a day of diving or wandering around the old town.

  Natalia owner was very helpful, security men were very helpful.
  Place is very safe and clean, pool view was perfect.
  Place is in city center, and it's very closee to every entertainment places in the city.
