Honestly, when I first walked into Studio N4 at Florenza Khamsin Resort, I wasn’t expecting much – I mean, it’s technically just a studio on the ground floor. But you know what? Sometimes the simplest spots surprise you the most. The moment you step onto that little terrace area, you’re literally overlooking the pool, and I’m talking about being close enough to hear the gentle splash of people doing their morning laps without any of the chaos that usually comes with poolside rooms.

The thing about this place – and I’ve stayed at quite a few spots along Hurghada’s Corniche – is that it actually feels like someone thought about how you’d want to live here for a week, not just sleep. The studio setup means everything flows together naturally, and there’s this nice kitchenette area where I found myself making coffee every morning while watching the pool come to life. The air conditioning works properly (which, trust me, you’ll appreciate when that desert heat kicks in around noon), and the Wi-Fi is solid enough that I could video call home without those annoying freezes. What really got me though was how quiet it stays at night – being ground floor, I was worried about noise, but the way the resort is laid out, you get this perfect balance where you feel connected to everything but can actually sleep.

Location-wise, you’re right on the Corniche which means the Red Sea is basically your backyard, and if you want to hit up the local spots, everything’s walkable. I found myself grabbing fresh seafood from the little places just down the road – the kind of spots where locals eat, not the touristy ones with English menus. The resort itself has that relaxed, lived-in feel that comes with being well-established (it’s been around long enough to work out the kinks), and the staff genuinely seems to remember your name after day two. Sure, it’s not one of those massive all-inclusive complexes with twelve restaurants, but honestly? After dealing with the crowds at those places, I appreciated being able to just… breathe. The pool stays pleasant most of the day, the room stays cool, and when you want to explore Hurghada’s diving scene or hit up the marina, you’re perfectly positioned. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay because leaving feels unnecessarily complicated.

  Everything is perfect .The room is with AC.The kitchenette was helpful .

  The proximity of the apartment to exits and pool was very good. The host was awesome, there was a burst pipe in the complex and he did what he could to keep us in the loop. Great communication. We ended up staying longer. It was a very good very relaxing stay. The apartment was kitted out well. Thank you!

  Came back with pleasure to Mr. Ayman's apartment second time. Very friendly host, special thanks to early check-in (6 am). Room is cozy, same as on photos, everything is good and comfortable. Apartment's location in compound itself is perfect – beautiful garden view with small bar and pool, very quiet place (no street noise or loud music or same) and same time easy and quick access to the main relax area of Florenza compound (main pool, bar etc.).
  A lot of supermarkets near, 5 min with taxi or bus for the Hurghada City Center shopping mall with Carrefur supermarket.
  Near public beach, also possible to buy all day pass to Zahabia beach with one of the best reefs in Hurghada (on Zahabia reception, includes towels and foods and drinks on the beach), beach entry is opposite to Florenza compound
