Okay, so first things first – yes, the name “free WiFi 15” is honestly a bit bizarre for a 5-star hotel, but don’t let that throw you off. This place sits right on the Hurghada-Safaga Road, which means you’re actually in a sweet spot between the bustling resort strips and the more authentic Egyptian coastal vibe. I mean, you can catch a taxi into central Hurghada in about fifteen minutes, but you’re far enough out that you won’t hear the late-night party crowds from the marina area.

The property itself is… well, it’s got that slightly dated luxury feel that a lot of Red Sea resorts have – you know what I mean? The kind of place that was probably stunning when it opened but now feels more like comfortable elegance than cutting-edge glamour. The 7.2 rating actually makes sense once you’re there; it’s solidly good without being spectacular. The rooms are spacious (Egyptian hotels tend to be generous with space), and honestly, the air conditioning works like a dream, which is absolutely crucial when you’re dealing with Hurghada’s summer heat. The WiFi – despite being in the hotel’s name – is actually pretty reliable throughout the property, though it does get sluggish during peak hours when everyone’s uploading their Red Sea diving photos.

What really won me over was the location’s proximity to some fantastic dive sites that the big resort chains don’t really talk up. You’re maybe twenty minutes from Abu Nuhas, and the hotel staff (particularly this guy Ahmed at the front desk) actually knows the local dive operators who aren’t just the touristy cattle-boat operations. The beach access is decent, though the sand gets pretty hot by mid-morning – I’d recommend those rubber beach shoes. The restaurant food is… look, it’s hotel food, but the Egyptian dishes are genuinely good when you skip the international buffet stuff. Their koshari is surprisingly authentic, and the fresh fish they grill up in the evenings comes straight from local fishermen. Parking is never an issue if you’re renting a car, and the security guys are friendly without being overbearing. Is it perfect? No – the elevators are slow, and sometimes the hot water takes forever in the mornings. But there’s something honest about this place that I appreciated more than some of the flashier resorts down the coast.

  What could be improved: Die Adresse ist so eingegeben, dass die Taxifahrer ( warum 2 ) konnten nicht finden. Das Haus steht auf staubige , dreckige Straße. die Zimmer haben Fenster, die in gegenwand in3 meter schauen. Duschvorhang ist 20cm breiter als kleiene Duschwanne. die Küche hat nicht genug Utensilien für langen Aufenthalt. Müllcontainer stand in 100 meter vom Haus und dann ist verschwunden. niemand wusste, wohin mit dem Müll.
  Hurghada hat Probleme mit dem Strand. Gut, dass mir gezeigt wurde, vom Schlüsselmann, welche Strand ich kostenlos benutzen darf . ca. 700 m. vom Haus. sonnst alle Strände kostenpflichtig.

  店がまわりにたくさんあって、便利。海岸にも歩いて行ける。オーナーのラミさんがとても元気で、色々とアドバイスしてくれました。出発時、バスターミナルまで送ってくれてありがとうございました。コストパフォーマンス的には最高です。
