So I’ve stayed at plenty of places in El Gouna over the years, and honestly, this Golf Luxury villa caught me off guard – in the best possible way. You know how most “luxury villa” places oversell and underdeliver? Well, this isn’t one of those. It’s tucked away on El Gouna 2 Road (which, if you know the area, is actually perfect because you’re close enough to everything but far enough from the main tourist chaos around Abu Tig Marina).

The private pool is what really sold me – I mean, you can hear the gentle hum of the golf course sprinklers in the early morning, which sounds weird but it’s actually pretty soothing. The villa itself feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed house than a hotel, if that makes sense. The kitchen is properly equipped (I’m talking real knives and decent cookware, not the usual hotel nonsense), and there’s this little outdoor seating area where I found myself having coffee every morning, watching the groundskeepers prep the nearby fairways. The air conditioning works brilliantly, which – trust me – matters a lot when you’re dealing with Hurghada’s summer heat.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. El Gouna can be pretty lively, especially around the lagoons and main hotel strip, but this spot actually lets you sleep. The only sounds are the occasional golf cart puttering by and maybe some night birds from the landscaped areas. Parking is straightforward (you just pull right up), and the whole check-in process was refreshingly simple – no standing around lobbies or dealing with pushy concierges trying to sell you excursions. The hosts clearly know what they’re doing but don’t hover, which I appreciated. I did notice the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty during peak evening hours when everyone’s streaming, but honestly, that forced me to actually relax by the pool instead of scrolling through emails. The location puts you about a ten-minute walk from some decent restaurants and maybe fifteen minutes from the marina if you want the full El Gouna nightlife experience, but you can also easily grab groceries and just cook in – the local market on Abu Tig has surprisingly good produce if you know what to look for. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight, and that 9.6 rating actually feels earned rather than inflated.

  The hospitality is AMAZING AND UNBELIEVABLE . We are so happy. The house manager is AMAZING very welcoming and made us feel at home at the second we entered the house. The welcome fruits and snacks hit the spot specifically after our long flight. She also went above and beyond and gave us lots of information about eating and shopping areas. She is unbelievably amazing. The views at the house easily can beat a 5 stars hotels on the California coastline. The cleansing of the house is exceptional. You can smell how clean is the house the second you enter. Hend and her staff are on top of everything, and just a phone call away. We will definitely stay here again and for sure recommend this place.

  Wir hatten das Haus für eine Woche gemietet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief über booking.com und per Mail. Ein Sicherheitscode um Eintritt in El Gouna zu erhalten wurde uns ein paar Tage vor Anreise zugeschickt. Als wir in der Villa ankamen begrüßte uns Hend zur Schüsselübergabe und zu den üblichen Absprachen bei einer Ferienhausübergabe. Während unseres Aufenthalts verlief die Kommunikation mit Hend über WhatsApp. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an sie wenden. Die Betreuung war sehr gut und Hend ist eine ganz herzliche Person. Gesehen haben wir uns bei Ankunft und Abreise.
  Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Anhand der Fotos auf booking.com bekommt man ein sehr gutes Bild zur Unterkunft. Es fehlte an nichts zum täglichen Gebrauch. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, Küchenausstattung, Handtücher und ein paar Erfrischungsgetränke waren bei der Ankunft vorhanden. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei im ganzen Haus.
  Wir haben uns am Morgen und am Nachmittag überwiegend bei den überdachten Terrassenbereichen aufgehalten und unsere Zeit am Poolbereich sehr genossen. Zur Mittagszeit gibt es kaum einen Schattenplatz im Terrassenbereich. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen und wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.
  Bei der Abreise hat Einer von uns seinen Pass im Haus vergessen, was am Flughafen zu größeren Schwierigkeiten führte. Nach ein paar Telefonaten und viel Sucherei hat Hend ihn schließlich gefunden und einen Fahrer organisiert, der den Pass zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Für diese Hilfs- und Einsatzbereitschaft sind wir sehr, sehr dankbar und werden Hend hierfür immer in guter Erinnerung behalten.
