First Impressions

Walking into Green Garden Resort, you’re immediately struck by how well-maintained everything feels for a three-star property. The lobby has this relaxed, unpretentious vibe that sets the tone perfectly — it’s not trying to be something it isn’t, which I actually found refreshing after seeing so many places that oversell themselves. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth, and honestly, that personal touch made all the difference from the get-go.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s the thing about Mubarak 6 district — it’s one of those spots in Hurghada where you get the best of both worlds. You’re close enough to the action but far enough away that you can actually sleep at night, you know? The resort sits in this sweet spot where couples especially seem to fall in love with the area (and I can see why, given how peaceful it feels). What really sold me was the free parking situation — I mean, that might sound trivial, but when you’re exploring Hurghada with a rental car, not having to worry about where to leave it or paying extra fees is honestly a game-changer.

The Rooms

My room was clean and comfortable, with that simple efficiency you want when you’re spending most of your time exploring the Red Sea coast anyway. The air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial in Egypt, obviously), and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for this price range. I particularly appreciated the little balcony — nothing fancy, but perfect for that morning coffee while planning your day. The bathroom was well-appointed, though I’d recommend bringing your own premium toiletries if you’re particular about that sort of thing.

Amenities & Atmosphere

The pool area is where Green Garden Resort really shines, actually. It’s got this laid-back atmosphere where you can genuinely relax without feeling like you’re in some overcrowded resort circus. The garden areas (hence the name, I suppose) are well-maintained and provide nice shade during those intense afternoon hours. There’s a restaurant on-site that serves decent food — nothing that’ll blow your mind, but solid, reliable meals when you don’t feel like venturing out. The Wi-Fi worked consistently throughout the property, which honestly isn’t always a given in this part of Hurghada.

It’s the kind of place where couples can enjoy a romantic getaway without the crowds and inflated prices of the bigger resorts, but still have everything they need for a memorable Egyptian Red Sea experience.

  Value for money and nice pool area.
  
  What could be improved: Air Con units dripping onto the bed in the bedrooms. Moved the bed away to avoid dripping.
  The under bed area was very dirty.

  The stay was very nice. We stayed for 1 week and everything went smoothly. The apartment had AC in every room. There was water in the fridge, 2 keys, washing machine, TV, free Wi-Fi where we watched movies, towels, toilet paper and soap. There is a nearby store where we bought groceries and enough water for 1 week. The staff are very polite and helped us with all our questions. The rooms were clean and neat ready to sleep on. We used the washing machine twice and dried our clothes outside. We could see the swimming pool directly from our window. We didn't use the pool since we swam at the beach every day. There were a lot of people using the swimming pool. The owner is very polite and kind. He helped us and reccomended us where to go, eat, swim, and shop.
  
  What could be improved: When you firstly start the AC, there is a noise that is kinda loud but then it fades away. Other than that are hapy with the whole stay and vacation in Hurghada.

  The people there were very helpfull and every question you have will be answered almost right away at every hour of the day, Even at night! The manager ahmed helped us with whatever we needed. Do recommend this resort.

  staff are really friendly – ready accommodate your needs at a moment’s notice
  we’ve decided to stay for a couple of months – loved the place 🙂
