Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Heated Jacuzzi 2BR Apartment on Yacht view” I was expecting some overhyped marketing nonsense, but this place actually delivers on what it promises. The location in El Gouna’s new marina is pretty sweet, and being on the first floor means you’re not hauling luggage up endless stairs (trust me, this matters when you’re dealing with Egypt’s heat and multiple suitcases).

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel – in the best way possible. That heated jacuzzi? It’s actually heated, which sounds obvious but you’d be surprised how many places just throw that word around. The yacht view isn’t just some distant glimpse either; you’re literally looking out at the marina where these gorgeous vessels are moored, and honestly, it’s kind of mesmerizing to watch the comings and goings, especially during sunset. The two bedrooms are spacious enough that you’re not stepping on each other, and the setup works well whether you’re traveling with family or splitting costs with friends.

What I really appreciate about this spot is how it sits in El Gouna’s rhythm. The new marina has this laid-back vibe that’s distinctly different from Hurghada’s more tourist-heavy areas – you know what I mean? It feels more… authentic, I guess. You can walk to decent restaurants without fighting through crowds, and there’s actual parking nearby (which, if you’ve ever tried to park in central Hurghada, you’ll know is basically a miracle). The 8.4 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities at what’s essentially a 3-star price point. Sure, it’s not going to have marble everything or a concierge, but the value proposition is solid. I mean, where else are you going to get a heated jacuzzi and yacht views without paying resort prices? The only thing I’d mention is that being in the marina means you’ll hear some boat activity during the day, but honestly, it’s more charming than annoying – kind of like white noise, but with the occasional interesting conversation in multiple languages drifting up from below.

  Amazing potential, lovely views, spacious and fast Internet.
  
  What could be improved: 1. the property wasn’t cleaned before I moved in. The previous guest left pretty much everything like full ashtrays, dirty floor and worst of all the shower, god knows when that had a disinfection… 2. the property manager never responded to my questions, there was no one to open the door when I arrived, only after looking up the mobile number which was hidden in some pdf somewhere, booking app was completely useless. Once I got hold of the property manager/owner, they where completely unaware I had booked 14 days stay via Booking.com!

  The apartment was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We are a family of three and spent 4 nights here.
  Beautiful views of the marina from the rooftop and terrace balcony, and views of the Red Sea from the kitchen. The apartment is modern and has all facilities required with room to spread out and relax. Beds are comfortable, apartment was clean and was in an ideal location. The rooftop was private and perfect with large lounges, sunbeds and spa meant we could relax and enjoy the perfect views. Huge thank you to Hani and Mohamed who made sure we were very comfortable and assisted us when we needed some advice on El Gouna.
  A small market is located about 50m from the building which was ideal for supplies. Tuk Tuks frequent the street outside and made transport very easy to find.
  Overall, everything was perfect.
  Special Note: the owner of this apartment also rents out his boat for day charters. I highly recommend asking about this as we had an incredible afternoon on the boat with Mohamed.
