You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name sounds like some generic Airbnb listing, but honestly – it’s way better than you’d expect from the slightly awkward title. I mean, “Heavenly 95m Luxury apt” doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, but whoever named it wasn’t lying about the space or the setup.

The location in Al Ahyaa is actually pretty smart if you know Hurghada at all. You’re far enough from the main tourist strip to avoid the constant hustle of souvenir sellers and taxi drivers, but close enough that getting to the marina or the old town doesn’t require a whole expedition. The resort itself has this boutique feel – not one of those massive complexes where you need a map to find your room. I stayed here during shoulder season in March, and the pool area never felt crowded, which was perfect because you can actually hear yourself think. The apartment itself is genuinely spacious (that 95 square meters isn’t marketing fluff), and the wifi actually works consistently, which honestly puts it ahead of some five-star places I’ve been to in Egypt.

What really makes this spot work is the little stuff nobody mentions in typical hotel descriptions. The kitchen is properly equipped – I’m talking real plates, decent knives, a coffee maker that doesn’t look like it came from 1995. The air conditioning is quiet, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to sleep off a day in the Red Sea sun. And the balcony? It’s got this view that changes throughout the day – morning light hitting the resort gardens, then these incredible sunset colors in the evening. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, no endless paperwork or trying to upsell you on excursions before you’ve even seen your room. The management clearly gets that people want to settle in first. I did notice some construction noise in the mornings around 8 AM from a neighboring development, but it wrapped up by 10 and honestly wasn’t terrible. The pool gets the most action between 11 and 3, so if you prefer quieter swimming, early morning or late afternoon is your sweet spot. For what you’re paying – and considering you get a full apartment instead of just a hotel room – it’s actually incredible value. Plus, having that kitchen means you can grab fresh bread and cheese from the local market and have a proper breakfast without paying resort prices every morning.

  могу сказать, все понравилось в этих апартаментах, дом новый, отлично устроенная квартира, все есть, для удобной жизни на отдыхе. пляж конечно 600 метров, но там еще тока будет делатся, щас лучше отдыхать Arena Beach , там неплохое место. для загорать, пить, кушать.
