  die lage des apartments innerhalb des compounds ist sehr gut.
  es gab einmal frische bettwäsche und handtücher zum wechseln.
  das bad ist neu, und zweckmäßig, wenn man mal von den falsch montierten ablagen absieht.
  waschmaschine!? naja, die ägyptische art des waschens habe ich nicht wirklich verstanden.
  großer kühlschrank mit gefrierfach, top

  großer kleiderschrank, der zwar zur hälfte durch haushaltswäsche blockiert ist und dessen türen nicht richtig schließen, aber es gibt ein paar kleiderbügel
  
  What could be improved: tv nur mit einer paar englischsprachigen sendern, rest arabisch. konnte in dem monat auch nicht gefixed werden, wobei sich herr moataz wirklich bemühte. Dieser spricht wirklich nur arabisch und englisch, was die verständigung etwas erschwert hat.
  in puncto sauberkeit bitte keinen europäischen standard erwarten!
  aufzüge öfter defekt, aber das apartment liegt zum glück nur im 2ten stockwerk.
  spielende kinder am pool, auf den fluren und in den treppenhäusern teilweise bis morgens 3:30. und nein, da tut auch die security nix 😀
  die Ausstattung erinnert eher an flohmarkt, der wäscheständer auf dem balkon, naja. die balkonstühle haben ihre besten zeiten bereits hinter sich, der tisch dazu marke eigenbau mit einem stück marmorküchenplatte die von den maßen her nicht wirklich passt (vorsicht, die tischbeine sind sehr scharfkantig!) die kissenbezüge der balkonstühle mit defekten reißverschlüssen.
  mir wurde als alleinreisende ein zweites bett reingestellt, oder von den urlaubern vorher nicht wieder entfernt!? Auch der Tisch im Apartment erinnert eher an Trödelware. vorsicht vor herausragenden klammern zur befestigung der platte, verletzungsgefahr.
  kleine Tischleuchte, bei der der Schirm nicht mehr richtig sitzt und sich traurig zur seite neigt.
  Müllentsorgung habe ich mir selbst gesucht, wurde nicht erklärt.
  Tür bitte abschließen, oder fest zuknallen, sonst springt sie immer wieder auf. Vorsicht mit dem Schließzylinder, wurde nicht mittig eingebaut, daher kann der schlüssel von außen klemmen!

  Az elhelyezkedese jó az apartmannak, a tengerpart jó. Sajnos csak ennyi jót tudok az apartmanról.
  
  What could be improved: Mr. Moataz aki az apartman kezelője, 2 napig semmi segítséget nem adott, pedig már korábban is elofordult hogy napokig nincs vezetékes víz szolgáltatás az egész Resort épületében. Az apartman piszkos volt érkezéskor, extra takarítás után egy marék hajat takarítottam én saját magam. Az ágyneműket kézzel kellett kimosnom(takarók, lepedők) a konyhában minden ragadt a kosztol. A zuhanyzóban állt a homok…. A takarító eszközök használhatatlan, olyan mocskos, a vödör lukas… 2 nap után végre kaptunk egy másik épületben csere apartmant, ami mocskos volt, klíma nem működött…. Az ágy első éjszaka szétesett!!!!mindenre napokat kellett várni hogy elintézte a javítást, szerelés. Nagyon sok főszezonban a helyi vendeg(1 család, 4-6 gyerek. Aki nyugalmat szeretne az ne ide jöjjön. A tisztaság itt egyiptomi viszonylatban is kritikán aluli, és ha kedvesen jelzed a végén már mérges az apartman kezelője. Aki azzal szeretné kezdeni a nyaralást, hogy más után mosson, takarítson az mindenképp itt foglaljon szállást!! :((
