You know what really got me about this place? The name sounds like someone just threw every keyword together, but honestly – it delivers on every single promise. I mean, you’re literally 80 meters from the beach (I counted my steps one morning, because I’m weird like that), and that rooftop pool situation is absolutely perfect for when the Red Sea gets a bit too choppy or crowded.

The apartment sits right on El-Bahr street, which is actually ideal because you’re close enough to everything but far enough from the main hotel strip chaos. I was worried about noise initially, but the street’s surprisingly chill – mostly just the occasional motorbike and those friendly Egyptian conversations that drift up from the café downstairs. The sea view from the room is legit too, not one of those “if you crane your neck and squint” situations. You can actually watch the dive boats heading out in the morning while you’re having coffee, which became my daily ritual. The rooftop pool area is where this place really shines though – hardly anyone uses it during the day (they’re all at the beach), so it feels like your private retreat. Perfect for those late afternoon swims when the sun isn’t trying to murder you.

What surprised me most was how well-maintained everything is for a 3-star spot. I mean, the bathroom actually has decent water pressure – rare enough in Egypt that it’s worth mentioning – and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. The little kitchen setup is basic but functional, great for storing beach snacks and keeping drinks cold. Location-wise, you’re close enough to walk to the marina area when you want proper restaurants, but far enough from the tourist madness that you can actually sleep at night. The beach access is through a small gap between buildings that locals use – feels a bit like a secret passage, honestly. That 9.7 rating isn’t inflated either; the owners clearly give a damn about the place and it shows in all those small details that usually get overlooked. For the price point and location, it’s pretty much exactly what you’d want for a Hurghada stay without the resort markup.

  Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Hurghada City Center ist nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Sie verfügt über zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, ein stilvolles Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein gepflegtes Badezimmer.
  
  Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Dachpool – eine echte Oase mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Auch der Balkon war ein Highlight: perfekt zum Entspannen am Abend.

  Con Billy, neuer Wohnung, und neue Gastgeber .
  Ich hatte das Vergnügen, meinen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung zu verbringen, und es war einfach fantastisch!
  Die Wohnung war modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Besonders der Balkon mit dem direkten Blick auf das Meer hat meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und diesen Ausblick zu genießen, war ein Highlight.
  Der Rooftop-Pool war ein weiteres Highlight – perfekt, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder einfach die Sonne zu genießen. Die Umgebung war ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften und dem Strand, was die Lage ideal machte.
  Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
