You know what? I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Hurghada-Magawish Villa 1, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But sometimes these unassuming spots in Hurghada surprise you, and this one actually grew on me during my stay. It’s tucked away in the Magawish area, which is honestly one of the better parts of Hurghada if you want to avoid the tourist madness of Sekalla but still have decent access to everything. The villa sits close enough to the Red Sea that you can actually hear the waves on quiet evenings – not something you get at those massive resort complexes further inland.

The whole setup feels more like staying at someone’s well-maintained family property than a typical hotel, which I mean in the best way possible. The rooms are clean and functional, nothing fancy but they’ve got that lived-in comfort that makes you relax immediately. Air conditioning works well (crucial during those brutal summer months), and the beds are surprisingly comfortable – I’ve definitely stayed at pricier places with worse mattresses. What really sold me was the little details: fresh towels that actually smell clean, decent water pressure in the shower, and windows that open properly so you can get that Red Sea breeze flowing through. The staff genuinely seems to care about the place, which you can tell because they remember your name after day one and ask how your diving went or whether you found that restaurant they recommended.

Here’s the thing about this location – you’re about a 15-minute walk to some really solid coral reefs that most tourists never discover because they’re stuck at the big resort beaches. The Magawish area has this authentic Egyptian coastal vibe without the constant hassle from vendors that drives everyone crazy in central Hurghada. There’s a little local market just down the street where you can grab fresh fruit and actual Egyptian bread, not the tourist-priced stuff. Parking isn’t an issue if you rent a car, and honestly, the taxi drivers know exactly where this place is, which isn’t always guaranteed with smaller properties. The 7.6 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Perfect for travelers who want a genuine taste of Red Sea life without breaking the bank or dealing with the overwhelming scale of those all-inclusive mega-resorts.

  Olyan mint a képeken,tágas terek,gondozott kert,kényelmes bútorok.Jó ár-érték arány.
  
  What could be improved: A városrész fejlesztés alatt áll,szemben építkezés,annak minden hátrányával. A villának nincs még címe (utca,házszám), így a transzfer, a taxi, a kirándulásszervezők, nem találják!

  مساحة الفيلا كبيرة ومريحة. كان كل شيء على ما يرام .
  الخدمات كانت جيدة. عند الحاجة الى شيء ما فقط عليك الطلب من المضيف او من العامل.
  عند وصولي في اليوم الاول طلبت من المضيف الذهاب الى السوق لشراء بعض الأغراض وهو تقبل هذا بكل سرور واوصلني بسيارته الخاصة الى السوق .
  المسبح ليس خاص . ولكن عندما تريد السباحة لا احد يشاركك المسبح من الزوار .
  المكان هو عبارة عن كمبوند يجمع 6 فيلات ومسبح عدد 2
  بكل الاحوال كانت اقامتي جيدة واريد القدوم مرة أخرى.
  كان يومي الاخير متعب بالنسبة لي .
  حيث يجب عليي تسليم الفيلا في 12 ظهرا ولكن تم تأجيل رحلة الطائرة الى الساعة الثامنة مساءا.
  تكلمت مع المضيف وتقبل هذا بكل كفائة حيث نقل اغراضي الى فيلا أخرى للبقاء حتى موعد الرحلة .
  مثل هذه الخدمة في قمة الروعة والادب اشكرا المضيف على الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي .

  What could be improved: الشيئ السلبي بالنسبة لي
  التاكد قليلا بشأن النظافة مثل الحمامات . ولا يضر شيئ من وضع محارم الحمام .
  المطبخ كان جيد ولكن ينقصه بعض الادوات، اضطررت الى شراء بعض الادوات .
  انا اقترح ….
  وضع محارم الحمام
  صندوق ماء . لان الواصل من السفر لايعرف ماذا يوجد في المنطقة
  ماكينة لصنع القهوة.

  Die Villa war allgemein schön und sauber, und die Lage war ruhig
  
  What could be improved: Ich war 6 Tage in der Villa ohne Internet und Waschmaschine, außerdem es würde mir jeden Tag gesagt morgen kriegst alles, nun habe die Villa ohne Internet abgegeben und ohne meine Klamotten einmal waschen zu können. was sehr wichtig war besonders wenn man auf ein Safari Tour war dann ist alles sandig…

  La maison est immense et propre, et le prix est très abordable. Cependant, il est important de noter qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une maison individuelle, mais plutôt d'un lot de plusieurs maisons partageant deux piscine avec les voisins.
  
  What could be improved: À notre arrivée, la dame qui nous a accueillis nous a assuré que les deux piscines étaient à notre disposition. Cependant, lorsque nous nous sommes dirigés vers la piscine, une voisine, mince avec les cheveux noirs, nous a agressés en affirmant que nous n'avions pas le droit de l'utiliser car elle lui appartenait. Cette mauvaise expérience a malheureusement entaché le début de notre séjour, même si la villa en elle-même est très agréable.
