Honestly, JAZ Neo Ivory surprised me – and I mean that in the best way possible. When you first pull up to this place in El Kawsar District, it doesn’t scream luxury or anything, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about it that I actually appreciated. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe without trying too hard, you know? And the staff at check-in were genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions like you get at some of the bigger resorts.

What really won me over was how they’ve managed to create this comfortable middle ground between the ultra-touristy spots and the bare-bones budget places. The rooms are well-maintained – I mean, you’re not getting marble everything, but the AC works great (crucial in Hurghada’s heat), the beds are actually comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. The pool area becomes the heart of the place during the day, and it’s got this relaxed atmosphere where you can actually hear yourself think, unlike some of the party-heavy resorts nearby. The food was honestly better than I expected for a 3-star – their breakfast spread had enough variety to keep you happy, and the evening meals had some solid local touches alongside the international stuff.

Location-wise, you’re well-positioned in El Kawsar without being right in the chaos of the main tourist strip. It’s quiet enough to sleep well, but you can still grab a taxi to the marina or the old town without breaking the bank. The beach access is decent, though I’d recommend exploring some of the other beaches in the area too – the hotel staff can point you toward some less crowded spots if you ask. What struck me most was that this place attracts travelers who want a solid base without all the bells and whistles they’ll never use anyway. The 8.3 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re actually getting for the price point – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, and that honesty is refreshing. If you’re the type who spends most of your time exploring Hurghada rather than lounging around the hotel all day, JAZ Neo Ivory gives you exactly what you need without the inflated price tag.

  Big spacious rooms, very clean and tidy. They were kind to allow me with later check in, and let me to stay in the lobby for a while after my check out.
  
  What could be improved: I personally had a problem with the hot water — it was only cold running in the shower. At the reception they quickly handled it by providing me the key from another room. And AC in my apartment was too loud, either a problem to be fixed or it was just obsolete. In general the place looks obsolete, however it is tidy, and really clean.

  Excellent value. Very close to airport. Quiet. Big spacious rooms with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and sitting area.
  
  What could be improved: This is not a five star hotel so don’t expect that but rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Could have used a few bathroom supplies like shampoo, etc. but then again I only paid $30 something for the night!

  Clean room. Stayed there because of departure from near airport in the night.

  The rooms were quite spacious . I liked the friendly staff and security . There was a big swimming pool and great views of the Town from the 3rd floor apartment, At breakfast the Chef makes a great egg omelete ,there is a in house taxi available which is always on call and on time . The Reception staff are able to arrange several local trips. I went on several trips and the highlight was visiting The Temples of Luxor, including a boat tri down the River Nile and lunch on Crocodile island, (If you are a Birder , Birdwatcher , This IS a incredible trip ! ).
