Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Hurghada over the years, and Lazur Pool Apartment’s honestly caught me off guard – in the best way possible. It’s tucked away on Mohammed Said Street in El Kawsar, which is actually perfect because you’re far enough from the main tourist chaos but still close enough to everything that matters. I mean, the Senzo Mall is literally a five-minute walk if you need to grab anything, and there’s this little bakery around the corner that does these incredible morning pastries (trust me on this one).

The apartment setup is what really sold me though. You know how most hotel pools are these tiny afterthoughts? Well, theirs is actually something you’d want to spend time around – decent size, clean as anything, and surrounded by this surprisingly lush little garden area that blocks out most of the street noise. The apartments themselves feel more like someone’s well-maintained vacation home than a typical rental. Everything works (which honestly isn’t always a given in Egypt), the AC keeps up even during those brutal afternoon hours, and the kitchenette is actually functional if you want to make your own coffee or store some snacks. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay too, which matters when you’re trying to stay connected.

What I really appreciated was how the whole place feels sort of residential and authentic. You’re not in some sterile tourist bubble – there are local families around, kids playing in the evening, that genuine neighborhood vibe that makes you feel like you’re actually experiencing how people live here. The staff genuinely seem to care about the place, not just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth, they helped with some local recommendations that were actually good (not just tourist traps), and when I had a minor issue with the shower pressure, someone was there within twenty minutes to sort it out. The location in El Kawsar means you can walk to some really solid local restaurants – there’s this seafood place about ten minutes away that locals actually eat at, where the fish is so fresh it was probably swimming that morning. And honestly, with a 9.6 rating, I was expecting maybe some inflated reviews, but after staying there myself, I get it. It’s not fancy in that flashy resort way, but everything just works well, feels clean and comfortable, and the whole experience is refreshingly hassle-free. If you want to experience Hurghada without feeling like you’re trapped in a tourist machine, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  I recently stayed at Lazur Pool Apartment in Hurghada and was very pleased with my choice. The apartment was clean, modernly furnished and had everything you need for a comfortable stay – a kitchenette, air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a balcony. There is also a swimming pool where you can relax. The pool was clean, and the area was quiet and well-maintained, perfect for a family or couple vacation.
  
  Communication with the hosts was smooth – they answered all questions and helped to find their way around the place. The apartments are conveniently located – close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
  
  I recommend this place to anyone looking for good value for money in Hurghada!
