You know what hits you first when you pull up to Villa 439 on Yasmina Way? The sheer size of this place – I mean, three full stories plus a rooftop that honestly feels like having your own private resort. It’s tucked into one of those quieter stretches in Hurghada where you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of the main hotel strip, but you’re still close enough that a quick taxi ride gets you anywhere you want to go.

The whole “all master bedrooms” thing isn’t just marketing speak – every single room actually feels like the main event, which is pretty rare honestly. I’ve stayed in plenty of places where they give you one decent room and then stick everyone else in what feels like glorified closets. Not here. Each floor has this airy, almost villa-like feel, and the way they’ve designed it, you’re never really crowded even with a full group. The pool area is where you’ll probably spend most of your time though – it’s positioned perfectly to catch those Red Sea breezes that make the Egyptian heat actually manageable. I found myself up on the roof deck most evenings because, well, the sunset views over the water are honestly ridiculous.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between luxury and livability. The place feels fancy enough that you’re definitely treating yourself, but it’s not so precious that you’re worried about dripping pool water on the floors or leaving sandy footprints around. Parking is straightforward – there’s dedicated space right there, which anyone who’s dealt with Hurghada’s narrow streets will appreciate. The 9.3 rating makes sense when you’re there; it’s the kind of place where small details are handled well, from the way the air conditioning actually works properly in every room to having enough hot water for everyone to shower after beach days. I did notice that during peak season (basically December through February), you’ll want to book dinner reservations early if you’re planning to hit the popular spots along the corniche – this area gets busier than you’d expect, though it never feels overwhelmed like some parts of town. The local knowledge piece that really matters? You’re positioned perfectly here to explore both the newer resort areas and the more authentic parts of Hurghada without being stuck in either one.

  It's a place you can really call home, every corner is designed for your convenience. Rooms are very comfy with each room has a private bathroom, swimming pool is clean and spacious, kitchens are well equipped with everything you need from plates, cups, utensils, fraying pans, etc.. Everything, tool or device you would expect in your home is there, whatever your taste is you will find it here, engoying a quite beach, water activities, swimming, even staying within the comfort of your room with AC on and enjoying the ocean view. The whole villa is equipped with AC even the lobby not only the rooms.
  We really enjoyed our stay there and for sure it will not be our last
  
  What could be improved: The ocean is rocky make sure you bring appropriate footwear
  Not much variety of restaurant and food, if you have a car it's not an issue as you can go anywhere in Hurghada.

  The location is amazing and snorkeling close to the property is priceless. Mr Bassem Nassar made our trip easy and communicated well before the trip and addressed all issues immediately when we had questions.you may rent need to rent a car or you can walk at least 15 minutes I believe to reach the beach.

  The villa is very nice and clean with spacious places, fantastic decoration, many areas for sitting and dining, bed rooms are of good sizes with comfortable beds and facilities, and each one has its own bathroom.
  2 Kitchens both are very well equipped.
  jacuzzi and swimming pool are fantastic with nice garden and many swings and barbecue area.
  The view of the sea is amazing, the place is quite and relaxing, very good for families.
  Bassem, one of the team responsible for the villa, was very cooperative and helpful and decent as he was available to contact him anytime if we had any concerns or queries and he was trying his best to make our stay as good and comfortable and happy as possible, Thanks Bassem.
  
  What could be improved: Wi-Fi was not strong enough all the time.
  The beach in front of the villa is not Suitable to use so we had to go to another area to use the beach.
  We needed to rent a car as nearest area with facilities as supermarket and pharmacy and restaurants … etc, not easy to reach by walking but around 5 minutes by car.

  Amazing spot, very private, suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Private pool, lovely coral beach at your door step, sandy beach a short walk. We had a lovely relaxed time away. Definitely recommend.

  Owner and manager were so great give you the feeling of a family keep looking after us almost daily even after we left
  The place is huge will equipped
  Swimming pool is big with a jacuzzi
  Garden is very nice with plenty of seating areas plus the waterfall
  All balconies face the pool and sea and big enough
  Leaving room is so big with relaxing sofas and big screen with nice decoration
  All bathrooms are good clean contain lavatories and towels
  Bed rooms are big and clean three of them face the sea and pool with balconies
  The district is so safe and quiet
  Sea is rocky but there are scaffol with nice and clear water and coral for snorkeling
  Old town of sahl hashish is 2 min by car with restaurants shops and coffee shops with sandy beaches with crystal clear Turquoise water
  Uber is avilable but needs time to come
  Overall this place is great one plus great people
  I needed early check-in where they allowed me and gave me a tour around
  Without asking they gave late check out but i had early flight
