  The unit’s proximity to the supermarket, pharmacy, and beach is highly desirable.
  The unit’s well-designed layout features two toilets and an efficient heating and cooling system.
  
  What could be improved: The unit needs proper cleaning. The QR codes are delayed. No welcome details on how to turn on bathrooms heaters. The pool is not heated. There’s missing soap in the small bathroom. The noise of the TV speakers.

  It’s described as Marina View….. but it overlooks a building site and the sea beyond. ( M10 3a 14)
  Close to 2 swimming pools… although they were pretty cold unless you were actually swimming.
