The moment you step onto that private terrace, you get it – there’s this unobstructed view of the Red Sea that just hits different, especially around sunset when the water turns all these impossible shades of orange and pink you can’t quite capture on your phone (though trust me, you’ll try). The pool situation is what really sold me though. It’s not some tiny afterthought – we’re talking about a proper swimming pool that’s basically your backyard, and honestly, after spending scorching afternoons exploring El Gouna’s marina district, having that cool water waiting for you feels like pure luxury.

What I love about this spot is how it sits in El Gouna itself – you know, that whole planned resort town vibe that somehow doesn’t feel completely artificial. You’re walking distance from the downtown area with all those colorful buildings and decent restaurants, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with constant foot traffic or late-night noise from the bars. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious for the price point – those two bedrooms actually fit real furniture, not the cramped nonsense you sometimes get. The kitchen’s functional too, which matters more than you’d think when you want to grab groceries from Abu Tig Marina instead of eating out every single meal. I mean, the local seafood is incredible, but your wallet will thank you for having options.

The whole setup just works for people who want that Red Sea experience without the chaos of central Hurghada – and believe me, if you’ve been to Hurghada proper, you know what I’m talking about. Here in El Gouna, you can actually walk around without getting hassled every thirty seconds, the beaches are cleaner, and there’s this almost Mediterranean vibe mixed with Egyptian warmth that’s pretty unique. The 8-rating this place gets makes total sense when you factor in the value – sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy finishes or over-the-top service, but everything works, the location delivers, and that sea view from your morning coffee spot? That’s the kind of thing that makes a trip memorable. Plus, the kitesurfing and diving operations are right there if you’re into that scene, and the lagoons around El Gouna are perfect for just floating around when the afternoon heat gets intense.

  La résidence est très bien située avec une grande piscine et la plage à proximité. L'appartement que nous avons loué avec son bout de jardin privatif était très appréciable. La personne contact est très réactive et à l'écoute pour rendre le séjour agréable. De plus pendant la période de notre séjour nous avions la piscine pour nous (froide mais nous nous sommes tout de même baignés.
  
  What could be improved: La propreté de l'appartement laisse à désirer. Les serviettes de toilettes blanches avaient des taches. La literie mériterait d'être changé dans une des chambres. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont quasi inexistants et les casseroles et poêles sont tellement usagées que nous ne les avons pas utilisées. A première vue l'appartement semble spacieux et moderne mais il ne faut pas rentrer dans les détails? Cependant cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon moment à El Gouna.
