You know what caught me off guard about this place? It’s actually tucked away on South Marina Road in a way that feels properly residential – not like those tourist traps where you’re constantly dodging tour groups. I mean, El Gouna can get pretty hectic, especially around the main marina areas, but villa 10 sits in this quieter pocket where you can actually hear yourself think.

The private pool situation is legit, and I’m saying this as someone who’s stayed at plenty of places where “private” means “shared with whoever happens to wander by.” Here, you’ve got your own little slice of paradise with a garden that’s actually maintained – not just some sad palm trees struggling in the sand. The villa itself has that clean, unfussy vibe that works when you’re spending most of your time outdoors anyway. It’s not going to win any design awards, but honestly, after a day exploring the Red Sea or wandering through the dusty streets of Hurghada proper, you just want somewhere comfortable to crash. The 3-star rating doesn’t tell the whole story – this feels more upscale than that suggests, probably because it’s genuinely well-maintained rather than trying to impress with flashy extras.

What really sold me on the location is how easy it is to get around from here. You’re close enough to the marina scene when you want that buzz – the restaurants, the evening stroll along the water, all that – but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant hum of activity. And parking? No drama, which anyone who’s driven around El Gouna during peak season will appreciate. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days; it’s one of those places where the small things just work. Check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and the garden genuinely feels like a retreat after you’ve been out in the Egyptian sun all day. I actually found myself spending more time at the villa than I expected, which is saying something in a place like El Gouna where there’s always something pulling you out to explore.

  *The whole interior design:
  -The furnishing colors, the lights, the comforting height of the ceiling, the outdoor area,…
  it's really good as it's in the photos!

  -the cleaneess of the place, and the pool

  books, welcoming sweets, board games, coffee machine cups, and even a first-aid box,…
  
  *The owners and everyone responsible there were nice, answering as soon as they could, and continously following up

  -The electric utilities there have a 3 outlet plugs, that don't fit those on the wall!

  Incredibly safe, secure and secluded location half way between the marina and downtown, with ten minute walk on the level in either direction. The pool is immaculate, if a little chilly in January, and the overall space was sensational, inside and out. The premises are well equipped and nicely furnished, with some wonderful small homely touches and plenty of storage.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately the bikes were not available as had been advertised, but we walked everywhere with ease so not the worst.

  There was a lot of ants outside at the pool area. and also, the TV is so laggy and slow it stops now and then. Also, the roof wasn't really clean

  Interior design and simplicity of the Villa. Location was perfect as I had an event to attend to which was only a 5 mins walk to, also short distance to the marina which is also walkable . Greet location. Well maintained and garden and backyard was beautiful and peaceful to chill.

  The villa is very clean and obviously newly renovated and furnished. There are air conditioners in all rooms as well as the reception and the dinning room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with new appliances. There is a coffee machine (Delonghi Dedica), an air frier, a sandwich maker, small toaster, dish washer, a large fridge and of course a washing machine.
  The swimming pool is very nice and someone came to clean it every day.
  Large towels are provided for each room.
  The property manager, Joseph, is very helpful and very responsive.
  The location is great, and the marina is just a 10 minute walk.
  We would definitely rent this villa again.
