So here’s the thing about Nayah Stays – I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Kite Center Road (honestly, the name made me think it’d be all about water sports and nothing else), but this place actually surprised me. The villa sits in this quieter pocket of El Gouna where you can still hear the wind through the palm trees, which is saying something since most of the Red Sea coast can get pretty bustling. When you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of space that you don’t get at regular hotels – I mean, five master suites in one villa means everyone gets their own proper bathroom and doesn’t have to fight over mirror time in the morning.

The private pool is honestly the star here, and I’m someone who’s usually skeptical about hotel pools. This one’s big enough that you can actually swim laps if you want, not just float around with a drink. The deck furniture is solid too – none of that flimsy plastic stuff that leaves marks on your legs. You know what really got me though? The kitchen is fully stocked, which means you can hit up the local markets (there’s a great one about ten minutes away where the locals shop) and actually cook if you want a break from restaurant food. The villa feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, which can be weird at first but grows on you fast. Each bedroom has these ceiling fans that actually move air around – crucial during the hotter months when even the AC needs help.

What makes this spot work is its location on the quieter side of El Gouna. You’re not dealing with the main resort crowds, but you’re still close enough to walk to the marina area when you want restaurants or nightlife. The kite surfing center is literally down the road, which explains the name, and even if you’re not into that scene, it’s fun to watch the colorful kites dancing over the water while you’re having morning coffee. Check-in was surprisingly smooth – no hovering around a reception desk with a bunch of other travelers. The property manager actually lives nearby and knows the area well, so you get real recommendations instead of generic tourist trap suggestions. I’d say the only downside is that groceries and supplies require a bit of planning since you’re not in the thick of town, but honestly, that’s also what makes it peaceful. If you’re traveling with a group or family who wants space to spread out without paying resort prices, this place hits that sweet spot between privacy and convenience.

  The place met our expectations, Nayah team is very professional and very nice to deal with, they responded promptly to our requests with no delays. It's very convenient for a big family gathering. The 5 ensuite rooms were very convenient.The private pool was an amazing options for kids and adults.
