You know what caught me off guard about Nayah Stays? It’s actually tucked away on Kite Center Road in a way that makes you feel like you stumbled onto something locals would keep to themselves. I mean, El Gouna can feel pretty touristy in the main Marina area, but this spot – it’s got this laid-back residential vibe that’s honestly refreshing. The three-bedroom setup works perfectly if you’re traveling with family or a group of friends who actually want space to spread out instead of bumping into each other every five minutes.

The house itself has this comfortable, lived-in quality that vacation rentals often lack. You can tell someone put thought into the details – the kitchen’s actually equipped for real cooking (not just instant coffee and hope), and there’s proper seating areas where you can hang out without feeling like you’re in a hotel lobby. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings. Being slightly off the beaten path means you’re not dealing with the constant hum of tour buses or late-night restaurant crowds, but you’re still close enough to walk to the kite center when the wind picks up. And honestly, if you’re into kitesurfing or just watching the action, the location is pretty much perfect – you can literally roll out of bed and check the conditions.

The 8.3 rating makes sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience, but it delivers on the things that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. The Wi-Fi works (crucial if you need to check in with work or upload those endless Red Sea photos), there’s decent water pressure, and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing on the roof. I did notice the place gets booked up pretty solid during peak kiting season – roughly December through March – so if you’re planning a trip around then, don’t wait too long to reserve. The check-in was straightforward too, none of that awkward waiting around wondering if anyone’s actually expecting you. Sometimes these vacation home rentals can be hit or miss with communication, but they seem to have their act together. El Gouna’s got this almost artificial perfection to it as a resort town, but staying at Nayah Stays gives you just enough distance to appreciate it without feeling trapped in the bubble.

  The place was so clean. As described and pictured. Quiet. Washer, dish washer included. Staff friendly. Check in and out easy.

  It’s a very nice villa clean and tidy. They took care of details ( towels, toilet paper, refreshments in the fridge, coffee capsules for the coffee machine..) and that made us feel comfortable. We were in gouna as a family for an event we didn’t try to go to the sea as the weather was cold but tried shops and supermarket around which was around 6-8 min by car however gouna marina is not so close it took us around 18-20 min by car as well. My overall experience is nice at Nayah’s and would recommend it

  Great location and the villa was beautiful, clean and we loved the pool and the security. Very spacious and all the amenities we needed. The owner was awesome with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay.
