Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first pulled up to Nayah Stays – you know how these vacation rental descriptions can be pretty hit or miss. But the moment I walked into this place, I actually stopped and said “wow” out loud. The private pool situation is legit, and I mean properly private, not some tiny splash pad squeezed between buildings. You’ve got this gorgeous lagoon-style setup that feels like your own little slice of paradise tucked away from everything else.

The location is actually pretty brilliant if you know El Gouna at all. Being right at the entrance means you’re not dealing with the maze of streets deeper in the resort town (trust me, GPS gets confused in there), but you’re still close enough to walk to the marina area when you want dinner or drinks. The three ensuite bedrooms are spacious – like, actually spacious, not European “spacious” – and each one opens right onto pool areas. I loved that you could basically roll out of bed and into the water, which honestly became my morning routine. The whole place has this modern but relaxed vibe, sort of upscale beach house meets boutique hotel. And can we talk about that 9.6 rating? It’s earned. The attention to detail is what gets you – proper water pressure in all the showers, blackout curtains that actually work, and the pool maintenance guy shows up like clockwork without being intrusive.

What really sold me on this place was how it manages to feel both secluded and connected. You’re hearing the gentle lapping of the actual Red Sea lagoons (not just pool water), but you’re also a quick golf cart ride from Abu Tig Marina if you want to grab dinner at one of those waterfront spots. The staff – well, they’re more like friendly neighbors who happen to take care of everything perfectly. Check-in was smooth, they knew exactly which villa I was talking about, and they actually gave useful local tips instead of just handing me a generic tourist map. Fair warning though: once you settle into that pool with a cold drink watching the sunset, you might find it really hard to motivate yourself to explore the rest of El Gouna. I mean, there’s plenty to see, but why leave when you’ve got your own private oasis? This isn’t one of those places where you’re sharing pool space with a dozen other guests or listening to someone’s kids screaming at 7 AM. It’s the kind of setup where you can actually relax and recharge, which is sort of the whole point of a vacation, right?

  Private pool, direct access to lagoon, clean place, nice breakfast.
  All small details are taken care of. There is a set of towels in each room. Hand soap and tissues were provided in the bathrooms. All kitchen utensils, tableware and cutlery were included. Complementary tea and coffee capsules, water bottles and a fruit plate were provided too.

  The villa is fabulous. Everything was clean and renovated. The private pool is heated and we spent a very nice time there. The location is 5 minutes away from the marina and downtown. The breakfast, tea and coffee were a good idea and distinguished from any other places we sateyed in before in El Gouna. Hope to come again and again in the future isA.

  Nayah Stays is an incredibly professional rental company that I highly recommend! If you are looking for a place for your family or for business I can recommend Paradise with a heated pool. The neighborhood is quiet and it is only 8 minutes by Toktok to Downtown. It is very clean compared to Egyptian standards. You have everything you need in the kitchen and with an espresso machine you can enjoy your coffee over the fantastic view of the pool and lagoon. You can order with breakfast, and have it delivered to your door every morning. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses in all rooms. The pool area is magical with a view of the mountains and the warm sunset. Can really be recommended!

  Beautiful villa with a warm atmosphere.
  Clean and neat with all the necessary equipment.
  Breakfast delivered to the door in the morning and a magical sunset in the evening made the stay memorable. The service from the landlord when we needed it was impeccable.
