The AC works properly (which, trust me, in Hurghada heat is non-negotiable), and the water pressure in the shower is surprisingly decent. I’ve stayed in supposedly fancier places where you get a sad trickle of lukewarm water, so this was refreshing. The balcony – well, it’s not huge, but it catches the evening breeze perfectly, and you can hear the gentle buzz of marina life without the chaos of the main tourist strip. Parking was straightforward too, none of that circling-the-block-for-twenty-minutes nonsense you get in some parts of town. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions – they actually knew the area and gave me solid recommendations for where to grab good seafood that wouldn’t cost me a fortune.

Here’s the thing about this place – it’s not trying to be something it’s not. The 7.3 rating feels about right; it’s solidly good without any major wow factors, but also without any deal-breaking problems. You’re staying here because you want to be in the marina area without paying resort prices, and honestly, that’s smart planning. The location means you can walk to the good restaurants, catch boats for day trips without dealing with transport hassles, and still retreat to a quiet, comfortable space when you need to recharge. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially during the busier winter months when everywhere else jacks up their prices. It’s the kind of place that grows on you – not flashy, just reliable and well-positioned for actually experiencing Hurghada rather than just passing through it.

  At least the location was good.
  
  What could be improved: Dirtiest place I have ever seen. Floor, bedsheets, kitchen, couches, beds… Everything was old, dirty and disgusting. I dont even think that the owner changes bedsheets. We felt very uncomfortable staying there. I urge everyone who considers to hold this play to just avoid and get an hotel. We made a huge mistake. Besides, he charged us 20 dollars from airport to the flat, it was aproximately 5 dollar trip we figured out later.

  Eine Topp Lage an der marina mit guten Restaurants und vielen Läden direkt in der Nähe
  Schöner Blick auf den Hafen und die Schiffe. Ein bisschen Trubel natürlich , aber dafür ist man nah dran

  Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und groß. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen , ein paar touch ups würden gut tun. Preis Leistung aber sehr gut 👍
  Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und direkt. Sehr hilfsbereit. Abholung vom Airport hat auch gut geklappt.
