I mean, El Gouna can get pretty hectic during peak season, but this spot in the M3 building feels like you’ve found this secret pocket where everything just… works. The two-bedroom setup is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends who don’t want to be crammed into a single hotel room – there’s enough space that everyone can spread out, plus that kitchen actually comes in handy when you want to grab groceries from the local market instead of eating out every single meal.

The beach access thing isn’t just marketing speak either. You’re literally walking distance from some of the nicest stretches of Red Sea coastline, and I’m talking about the kind of water that makes you question why you ever swim anywhere else. The pool area gets busy around mid-morning when families start showing up, but if you’re an early riser like me, you’ll have it pretty much to yourself with your coffee. What really sold me on this place, though, was how the staff actually knows the area – they pointed me toward this little seafood spot that’s not in any guidebook but serves the best grilled fish I had in Egypt. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of El Gouna, which honestly matters more than you’d think when you’re hauling beach gear and groceries.

The building itself has that modern Egyptian resort vibe without feeling too sterile – you know, marble floors that stay cool even in the heat, but with enough local touches that you remember where you are. Air conditioning works like a dream (crucial in Hurghada summers), and the internet is solid enough for video calls, which I actually needed for work. I’d say the only minor thing is that the walls aren’t super thick, so if you get unlucky with loud neighbors it might be an issue, but honestly that’s pretty standard for this style of accommodation. The 8-star rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space with hotel-level maintenance and service. It’s one of those places where you can actually settle in for a week without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase, and the Mangroovy area has enough cafes and shops within walking distance that you don’t need to venture into the main El Gouna strip unless you want to.

  Comfortable apartment with lots of space inside and out. Sheltered terrace overlooking the pool or a cooler terrace at the front of the property.
