You know what caught me off guard about this place? The pool view from C316 actually lives up to its name – and I mean that in the best way possible, because honestly, half the time these “view” apartments just show you a sliver of water between two buildings. But this one? You’re looking straight out at the Al Saraya pool area, and it’s surprisingly peaceful even when there are families splashing around down there.

I’ve stayed in a bunch of places around Sahl Hasheesh, and what I really appreciate about this Peaks-managed apartment is that it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s a solid 3-star setup that punches above its weight – the 9.8 rating isn’t just inflated vacation euphoria talking. The kitchen actually has everything you need (not always a given in these resort apartments), and the air conditioning works properly, which… well, you’ll understand why that matters once you experience a Hurghada summer. The building itself sits in a sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to the main Al Saraya facilities without dealing with the constant foot traffic that hits the ground-floor units. I actually preferred being up on the third floor – you get that nice elevated view of the Red Sea in the distance, plus you’re not hearing every conversation from the pool deck.

What really sold me on this place, though, is how it handles the practical stuff that can make or break a longer stay. The wifi is reliable enough for work calls (I tested it), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and the beds are comfortable without being too soft. The Peaks management team knows their stuff – they’re responsive when you need something fixed, but they’re not constantly bothering you with activities you didn’t ask about. And here’s something I didn’t expect: the sound insulation is pretty good. Even during peak season when the resort gets busy, evenings were quiet enough to actually relax. The whole Sahl Hasheesh area has this laid-back vibe compared to the chaos of central Hurghada – you’re about 20 minutes south of all that tourist madness, but you’ve still got easy access to decent restaurants and the marina if you want to book diving trips or whatever. I mean, you’re essentially getting a home base that lets you enjoy the Red Sea without feeling like you’re trapped in a resort bubble. For the price point and that rating, it’s honestly a solid choice if you want something more than a basic hotel room but don’t need luxury resort bells and whistles.

  Mr Elhusseiny was very helpful to support whenever needed , fulfilling even all our requests with a marvellous welcoming attitude.
  The apartment was clean , and the furniture was all new & comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Pool area needs more service & more frequent cleaning from fallen insects & tree leaves ….may be this was due to low service during Eid days …don't know.

  My husband and I were welcomed by Al Heussni who was really an amazing person and a smiley man! The property was not that far away from the center of Hurghada. He also suggests us some good activities to do while being outside, and he never fails to reach at us by message, asking if we had an amazing day! I really recommend it to you if you come here as a couple or a family !
  
  What could be improved: I didn’t like the fact that we don’t have free wifi here so we bought eSIM cards to watch movies etc
