You know what struck me first about Palm Beach Resort? It’s actually got this perfect sweet spot location – far enough from Hurghada’s chaos to feel like a proper escape, but close enough that you’re not completely stranded. The 10-kilometer drive from the airport is honestly a blessing because you get to decompress from travel without that endless transfer bus ride that some Red Sea resorts put you through.

The whole “families and couples only” thing isn’t just marketing speak here – they really mean it, and it shows. I mean, the vibe is completely different from those massive all-inclusive places where you’re fighting for poolside loungers at dawn. The staff actually remembers your name after a day or two (well, most of them do), and there’s this relaxed energy that happens when you don’t have random bachelor parties rolling through at 3 AM. The beach situation is pretty sweet too – it’s this lovely stretch where you can actually hear the waves instead of competing sound systems, and the Red Sea here… honestly, the snorkeling right off the shore surprised me. You don’t need to book some expensive boat trip to see decent coral and fish.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how they handle the details that other 4-star places sometimes fumble. The rooms aren’t huge – let’s be real about that – but they’re thoughtfully laid out, and the AC actually works properly (crucial for Hurghada summers, trust me). The restaurant doesn’t try to do everything and end up mediocre; instead they focus on solid Egyptian dishes alongside international basics, and their breakfast spread is genuinely good. I particularly loved their take on ful medames – way better than the hotel versions you usually get. The pool area gets busy around 11 AM when families start filtering down, but early morning and late afternoon it’s perfect for couples who want some quiet time. One small thing that bugged me – the WiFi gets spotty near the beach, but honestly, maybe that’s not such a bad thing when you’re trying to disconnect anyway. The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place on the coast, but it delivers exactly what it promises without the usual resort nonsense that drives you crazy.

  The beach is very clean, I like it very much,

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
  I had an amazing experience at this hotel — everything was perfect! The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was lively, especially during the parties — we had so much fun!
  
  A special thanks to Mr. Abd Elsatar, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had — highly recommended!

  The hotel was great and clean , the standard room size is suitable and was very clean , there was toilets everywhere and they were very clean also , the beach and pools were also so nice

  Serenity , nearness to the beach , friendly staff, every staff I interacted with was helpful and friendly to us . The hotel looks beautiful.
  
  What could be improved: Cold kids pool . My kids had to swim in a jacuzzi ( at the warm pool )
  The aqua gym is very boring.
  A room next to mine was being renovated during the day and my kids could not sleep because it was too loud .
  The spa workers are REALLY annoying. They follow guests to pools , and ask every single minute about their services. They even force you to take the services . Asking is okay but not following people everywhere and asking why they don’t want what they offer .

  The quality of drinks were not good.
  The Lunch/dinner buffet was not rightly organized , the Names of the Dishes were all messed up, Non-veg soup with Veg labels , Puddings marked incorrect. Though The quality and quantity of the Spread was adequate.
