Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort when I first pulled up to El Corniche Street – the name’s a bit of a mouthful, and you know how some of these all-inclusive places can feel like tourist factories. But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The adults-only policy (16+ only) makes such a difference – you can actually hear yourself think by the pool, and there’s this sophisticated vibe that’s hard to find in Hurghada these days. The location along Al Mamsha El Seyahi puts you right in the sweet spot where you’re close enough to the action but far enough from the chaos of the main tourist strip. I mean, you’re literally a short walk from some of the better local restaurants that most resort guests never discover.

What really got me was the attention to detail throughout the property. The spa facilities are genuinely impressive – not just a couple of massage rooms slapped together as an afterthought. You can tell they’ve invested serious money in creating spaces that feel luxurious without being pretentious. The ultra all-inclusive setup actually works here too, which is saying something because I’ve been burned by that promise before. The food quality stays consistent throughout the day (trust me, I tested this thoroughly), and the staff seems to genuinely care about what they’re doing rather than just going through the motions. The pools have this perfect temperature balance, and there’s enough variety in seating areas that you’re not fighting for a decent spot even during peak season. One thing I really appreciated – the Wi-Fi actually works reliably throughout the property, which sounds basic but you’d be amazed how many five-star places mess this up.

The whole experience feels more curated than your typical Hurghada resort, honestly. They’ve managed to create this bubble of sophistication while still giving you access to everything that makes the Red Sea special. The dive shops and boat operators know this place well, so organizing excursions is straightforward without the usual hassle. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too – no long lines or confusion about what’s included. I stayed during what’s usually a busy period, and the place never felt overcrowded or chaotic. The evening atmosphere strikes this nice balance between lively and relaxed, perfect for adults who want to unwind without feeling like they’re at a retirement home. If you’re looking for a Hurghada experience that feels more refined than the typical all-inclusive circus, this place delivers on that promise. Just don’t expect bargain prices – quality like this comes with a premium, but honestly, it’s worth it for the peace of mind alone.

  The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Mr. Ali and Mr. Haitham. They consistently checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay exceptional.

  I had a lovely vacation at this hotel and overall, the experience was very positive. The facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and catered to all our needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from housekeeping to restaurant staff, everyone was welcoming and professional. The food was generally delicious, especially breakfast, and the overall service and treatment made us feel valued and relaxed.
  
  What could be improved: there are a couple of points that could be improved. The spa receptionist was not welcoming at all—no greeting, no smile, which unfortunately left a negative impression. Also, while the food was good, lunch and dinner sometimes lacked variety, which became noticeable during longer stays.
  
  Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would happily return. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

  Overall, it was better than I expected. The cleanliness and safety are very good; the food selection is more than necessary. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can mention negatively is the drinking water. It has a heavy taste and is hard to drink.

  The room is very large, we were amazed by the size of the room, the new furniture, impeccable cleanliness.
  I recommend the kitchen, I did not allow myself to taste many exotic dishes, but what I chose was always very delicious, especially the fish, lamb and veal, seafood soup, the baker also makes only masterpieces of art, too bad I don't eat much of this.
  The entertainment program and the animators are very interesting . The staff speaks many languages, such as German, Russian, English.
  I would always return to this hotel, I recommend it with confidence.
  
  What could be improved: The slippers are standard, if your foot size is larger than 43, you will need your own slippers, you cannot connect to Netflix on the TV. Otherwise, I haven't found any other problems.
