But this place sits right on Safaga Road, which means you’re far enough from the chaos of downtown Hurghada to breathe, yet close enough that grabbing a taxi to the old town only takes about fifteen minutes. The moment you walk through those lobby doors, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about the layout here. The check-in was surprisingly smooth (I mean, this is Egypt – sometimes these things take forever), and the staff genuinely seemed to know what they were doing rather than just going through the motions.

The aqua park is honestly the star of the show, and I get why they put it right in the name. It’s not just some sad collection of slides thrown together – there’s actually thought behind the design, with different areas for kids and adults, plus these winding lazy rivers that snake around the property in ways that make sense. What really impressed me was how they’ve managed the whole jungle theme without making it feel cheesy or over-the-top. The landscaping is lush enough to provide actual shade (crucial in Hurghada’s heat), and you can hear water flowing everywhere, which creates this surprisingly peaceful atmosphere even when the place is packed with families. The pools stay clean too – I’ve been to resorts where the water gets questionable by afternoon, but they clearly have their maintenance game figured out here. And here’s something practical that matters: the poolside service is actually attentive without being pushy, which is a fine line that a lot of places struggle with.

What sealed the deal for me was the overall vibe of the place. Look, it’s a 4-star property, so don’t expect marble everything or Michelin-starred dining, but what you get feels authentic and well-run. The rooms are comfortable (decent AC, which you absolutely need), the food has variety beyond the usual resort buffet suspects, and there’s enough space that it never feels claustrophobic even during busy periods. The Red Sea is right there when you want a break from the pools, and the beach area isn’t an afterthought like at some places – they’ve actually invested in making it pleasant. Honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was skeptical it could live up to the hype, but after spending time there, I get it. It’s one of those places that just works – the kind of resort where you can actually relax instead of constantly dealing with little annoyances that add up. If you’re looking for something in Hurghada that delivers on what it promises without the pretension, this is definitely worth considering.

  Loved everything about it. Variety of food, water parks and nightly activites are amazing. Like any buffet you do get used to the food flavours but we were there only 4 days so this was not a problem for us.
  
  What could be improved: Little tricky to figure out what is happening where and how to book things. Information is scattered around and takes a day or so to figure it all out. Cycles can be improved they are too much effort to ride. Felt the bungalow was on the smaller side for a family of 4.

  Overall stay was good and any issues were quick to be rectified when brought to attention. Kids loved it as plenty for them to do. Ahmed Abdul Radi did an exceptional job with our housekeeping and looked after us well during our stay.
  
  What could be improved: Wifi is rubbish around the resort. Food is repetitive so need to tour the different restaurants to find something different. Reception staff could be better trained and several times I ordered things to my room, it was ignored and never arrived.

  Amazing experience. Ahmed Tohamy at the front desk was amazing upgraded our rooms. Facilities are incredible. It is like the Egyptian Disney land. We will definitely go back again.
