The name makes it sound like some vacation rental nightmare, but honestly, it’s actually a proper little gem tucked away on the fourth floor of Sheraton Plaza. I mean, sure, the “Rare New Marina Hotspot” branding feels like someone went a bit overboard with the keywords, but once you’re there – well, it sort of makes sense.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to be near Hurghada’s marina action without paying resort prices. You’re literally a two-minute walk from all the waterfront restaurants and boat tour operators, which is clutch because that’s where everything happens in the evenings. The building itself is newer than most stuff in this part of town, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the fourth floor stays despite being right in the mix of things. The elevator works consistently (not always a given around here), and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no drama, no surprise fees, just keys and directions to the pool.

Speaking of the pool, it’s actually the real selling point here. It’s not huge, but it’s clean and gets great afternoon sun, plus you’ve got this nice view over the marina without the crazy crowds you’d deal with at the big resorts down the beach. The WiFi lives up to the hype too – I was doing video calls without any issues, which honestly shocked me given how spotty internet can be in this area. The room itself feels properly Western in terms of cleanliness and layout, though the décor is pretty basic. But here’s the thing – everything works. Hot water on demand, AC that actually cools the room, proper blackout curtains that block out the morning sun when you want to sleep in after a late night exploring the marina bars.

The neighborhood gets lively around sunset when people start heading to dinner, but it quiets down by midnight, so you’re not dealing with party noise all night. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season – there’s street parking, but you might end up walking a block or two if you arrive after 7 PM when the dinner crowd shows up. One small thing that bugged me was the lack of a proper lobby area, but honestly, you’re not here to hang around indoors anyway. For what you pay, especially compared to the beachfront hotels that charge double, this place delivers exactly what it promises – a clean, comfortable base with genuine Western standards and that surprisingly good pool. I’d definitely stay here again, particularly if I was planning to spend most of my time exploring the marina and old town rather than lounging on resort grounds all day.

  Very spacious with lots of mirrors which I like. Only stayed for 1,5 day. Wish I could stay longer at this apartment. Good wifi. Perfect location between sheraton road and marina. Supermarket around the corner and atm. There was an elevator, which was necessary for my big suitcase.

  This apartment is very handy all the shops you need are there very busy at night time from about 7pm the apartment dose not hear any sound coming from outside you have the marina 5 minutes walk from the apartment and you get to chose what you want to eat if you like me did not want to cook and the restaurant all along sherrington Street
  
  What could be improved: It was clean and tidy shower was ok but if you stay for more than a week they need to bring you clean sheets and towels that is the only fault I can find it was value for money and I would stay there again hopefully in November

  Room 415 was excellent, comfortable and clean,
  Although just off Sheraton Street it's very quiet.
  WiFi was very strong and fast,
  Bathroom was clean mop & bucket their,
  Also I noticed a vacum in the cupboard & even a hairdryer.
  Washing machine was excellent as I used it a few times. Also beach towels on the bed when I arrived, a few nice touches.
  Location is excellent,
  Gomla supermarket nearby and El Sakia Beach, 50LE daily, nice small beach, management nice guys and always available.

  Location is perfect, the room was comfortable. Raafat was always trying to help me.
  
  What could be improved: To much paperwork after booking, a bit annoying considering that there's no good wifi in Egypt. Also the firts price in booking it's not real, then they charge you some fees like water and electricity.

  Very good, central location with a large supermarket just round the corner. Clean, comfortable with efficient air conditioning and excellent shower. The Wi-Fi was as promised, the fastest and most reliable I have had in my numerous stays in Hurghada.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I felt that the property needed was somewhere comfortable to sit, other than on the bed. I missed not having a balcony but I noticed other apartments in the building did have balconies so maybe next time I would choose one of these.

  Udobje, studio nudi vse. V tem studiu si v zahodnem domačem svetu, ko stopiš na ulico pa se takoj znajdeš v Egiptu. Je na super poziciji, blizu Marine, El Sakia plaže in v središču Sheratona.
