Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Roma Apartment” was on the third floor beside the actual Roma hotel, I thought it might be one of those awkward afterthought situations. But you know what? It’s actually pretty clever. You get all the perks of being right in the heart of Sheraton Road without paying hotel prices, and honestly, the location is just ridiculous in the best way possible.

I mean, you’re literally in the center of everything that matters in Hurghada. Sheraton Road is where all the action happens – the restaurants, the dive shops, those little cafes where locals actually hang out (not just the touristy ones). You can walk to the marina in maybe ten minutes, and if you’re into the whole Red Sea diving thing, half the operators are practically on your doorstep. The street gets busy during the day, sure, but it’s that good kind of busy where you feel like you’re actually experiencing the city rather than hiding from it in some resort bubble.

What really surprised me was how well-maintained everything is for a 3-star place. The apartment setup means you get more space than a typical hotel room, and there’s something refreshing about having your own little space to spread out. The building itself is solid – no weird creaking or paper-thin walls that you sometimes get with these converted spaces. Being on the third floor is actually perfect because you’re high enough to catch some decent views and avoid the street-level noise, but not so high that climbing stairs becomes a workout every time you forget something.

The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there. It’s not trying to be fancy or over-the-top, but everything just works the way it should. Check-in was straightforward, the WiFi actually functioned (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given), and the whole vibe is just… comfortable. You know that feeling when a place exceeds your expectations not because it’s luxurious, but because someone clearly gives a damn about the details?

Here’s the thing about staying right on Sheraton Road – you’re going to hear the city, especially in the evenings when everyone’s out and about. But that’s part of the charm, honestly. You fall asleep to the sound of Hurghada actually living its life, not some artificial resort quietness. And in the mornings? The smell of fresh bread from the bakeries mixed with that Red Sea salt air – it’s pretty much perfect.

If you’re the type who needs everything handed to you on a silver platter, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want to actually experience Hurghada while having a comfortable, well-located base that won’t break the bank, Roma Apartment gets it right. Plus, being right beside the Roma hotel means you can always pop over if you need something more hotel-like, but honestly, I never felt the need to.

  We stayed in Roma Apartments for 1 month. Everything was perfect. Beaches, cafes, shops and ATMs are in 3-5min walk. Wi-fi also was stable and fast. Owner of the apartment is very kind and hospitable man. He met us even though we arrived late at night and helped with all the questions.

  Чисто и тихо в квартире. Лифт. Удобные кровати. Тихо спать. Таксистов слышно , но не сильно.
