You know what surprised me most about Royal Home luxury villa? It’s actually tucked away in this quiet residential area of Mubarak 7 that most tourists never see. I mean, you’re not right on the beach strip with all the noise and crowds, but honestly – that’s exactly what made it perfect for our group of six.

The private pool is the real star here, and I’m not just saying that because it’s literally the first thing you see when you walk in. It’s this gorgeous blue oasis that catches the morning light just right, and since you’re in a proper residential neighborhood, you can actually enjoy it without feeling like you’re on display. We spent most evenings out there with drinks, watching the sun set over the rooftops. The villa itself feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice house than a typical hotel – there’s this lived-in comfort that you just don’t get at the big resorts. The kitchen is actually functional (novel concept, right?), which saved us a fortune since we could grab groceries from the local market instead of eating out every meal.

Now, here’s the thing about the location – you’ll want a taxi or rental car to get to the main tourist areas, but that’s actually a blessing in disguise. The ride to the marina takes maybe 15 minutes, and you get to see how real Hurghada works, not just the polished tourist version. Plus, there’s this little local café about two blocks away where the coffee is incredible and costs next to nothing. The neighborhood is quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open (the air conditioning works fine, but the night breeze is lovely), and honestly, after a day of diving or beach activities, that peaceful atmosphere is exactly what you need. Check-in was refreshingly simple – no long lines or complicated procedures, just a friendly handover of keys and a quick tour. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the WiFi can be a bit spotty in the back bedrooms, but let’s be real, you’re in Egypt with a private pool – maybe embrace the digital detox for a few days.

  The villa was fantastic. Ibrahim and Diana are such nice genial hosts. They help you in any way they can. It is nice knowing that they are just next door and can help with any issues you have both with the property or generally.
  
  When it comes to the villa, they did pretty much think of everything that made the stay so great and so comfortable. A special mention for all the things they did/had to keep the kids occupied. My children loved it and did not want to leave. I can not give any higher praise than that.
  
  And all the little touches they do from toiletries to snacks are very thoughtful and appreciated.
  
  The villa really does have everything you might need and is so clean and spacious. The pool is great. If you are coming in the winter time, the water might be a bit too cold because the pool isn’t heated. But, Diana and Ibrahim are happy to keep the very spacious jacuzzi on heated for a small charge.
  
  Do not hesitate in booking this villa (should it be available!). You will love your stay here. Highly highly recommended.

  Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern,aber das beste sind die Gastgeber dort Diana und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und haben uns in jeder Situation helfen können der Empfang war einfach super empfehlenswert.
  Wir empfehlen diese villa an jede Familie die für ein oder 2 Wochen Urlaub machen will und sich richtig entspannen will
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage ist etwas schlecht aber Diana hat uns ihren Chauffeur zu Verfügung gestellt der uns für 10 Euro in die Innenstadt gefahren hat

  Perfekte Villa, besser als erwartet. Snackbox und sehr viele Hygieneartikel kostenlos dazu. Unglaublich gute Gastfreundschaft. Ibrahim und Diana haben uns eine familiäre Atmosphäre geboten. Zudem viele Angebote für Aktivitäten. Zum Abschluss hat Ibrahim uns zudem auf ein Kaffee eingeladen und sogar zum Flughafen gefahren.
  
  What could be improved: Es ist kein Kritikpunkt an die Unterkunft selbst, aber man sollte bevor man bucht beachten dass für die Jahreszeit (Dezember) der Pool etwas kalt ist.
